第一條  國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)為提倡藝文風氣,連結校內外資源培養校園及社區當代人文

    藝術視野,特依據本校組織規程第八條規定,設國立成功大學藝術中心(以下簡稱本中心),並訂定本辦法。

Article 1:

To promote the artistic atmosphere, National Cheng Kung University (the “University”) connects internal and external resources to cultivate cultural and artistic visions of the University and community; therefore, the National Cheng Kung University Art Center (the “Center”)was established according to Article 8 of the University’s Organization Rules, and the Regulations were established.

第二條  本中心設下列三組,職掌如下:

    一、研究策劃組:引介當代藝術,整合本校特色與藝術資產,進行研究、策劃及審議美學素養教育。

    二、展演藝術組:結合美學素養教育,規劃與推動當代展覽及表演藝術等活動。

    三、教育發展組:連結當代美學思潮,推動美學素養教育。

Article 2:

The Center has three subordinated sections, and their duties are as follows:
Research and Planning Section:Introduce contemporary arts for the integration with the University’s features and art assets to carry out research, planning, and review of our aesthetics accomplishment education.
Visual Art and Performing Art Section:Organize and promote contemporary exhibitions, performing art, and other activities in combination with the aesthetics accomplishment education.
Education and Development Section:Link with the contemporary aesthetic trend to promote the aesthetics accomplishment education.

第三條  本中心置中心主任一人,由校長聘請副教授以上教師或同級以上之研究人員或專業技術人員兼任,或由職員

    擔任之,掌理中心事務,任期四年,得續聘一次。

Article 3:

A director is appointed to the Center. The director is a concurrent position appointed by the President among faculties above the level of associate professor level or among researchers or professional technicians at the same level or above, or assumed by our officer to be in charge of the affairs of the Center. The term of office of the director is four years, and the director may be re-appointed once.

第四條  本中心各組置組長一人,督導各組業務之執行,由中心主任報請校長聘請助理教授以上教學人員或同級以上

    之研究人員或專業技術人員兼任,或由職員擔任之,並得依需要置行政及技術人員若干人。

Article 4:

A section chief is appointed for each department of the Center to supervise the business execution of the sections. The director of the Center shall request the President to appoint the section chief, as a concurrent position, among faculties above the level of assistant professor or among researchers or professional technicians at the same level or above, or the position shall be assumed by our officer. A certain number of administrative persons and technicians may be assigned according to the requirements.  

第五條  本中心設諮詢委員會,諮議中心各項事務。諮詢委員會由本校校長擔任主任委員,並由校長聘請校內外學者

    專家十至十二人為委員,任期一年,得連任之,並置執行秘書一人,由中心主任兼任。諮詢委員會每年至少

    召開一次會議,必要時,得召開臨時會議。

    諮詢委員會委員均為無給職,但校外委員得依規定支給出席費與交通費。

Article 5:

An Advisory Committee is in place for the Center for the consultation of affairs of the Center. The President of the University shall be the chairperson of the Advisory Committee, and the President shall appoint 10 to 12 members among internal and external scholars and experts; the term of office of a member is one year, and the member may be re-appointed. An executive secretary is also assigned, and the position is concurrently assumed by the director of the Center. The Advisory Committee shall convene a meeting at least once a year, and the extraordinary meeting may be convened when necessary.
The position of the member is unpaid; however, attendance fees and travel expenses are provided for external members.   

第六條  本辦法經本校校務會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。

Article 6:

The Regulations were implemented after being approved by the School Affairs Meeting of the University; the same shall apply to any amendment.
