一、 為提供校內、外住宿生溫馨且安全的住宿環境與資訊,強化住宿之服務暨輔導,進而營造具有本校特色且優質的宿舍文化,特設國立成功大學學生宿舍服務暨輔導委員會(以下簡稱本會)。
    1. In order to provide warm and safe accommodation and information for both on-campus and off-campus students, to improve accommodation service and counseling function, and to create a characteristics and decent dormitory culture, the Student Dormitory Services and Counseling Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) is set up.

二、 本會之職掌如下:
    2. The functions of the Committee are as follows:
    (一) 校內、外住宿輔導政策與相關法規之研議與修訂。
    (1) To research and revise the policy and regulations regarding to housing.
    (二) 學生宿舍工作計劃之審議與督導。
    (2) To review and supervise the plan for dormitory operation.
    (三) 校內住宿經費預算與收支事項(含費率訂定)之審議與督導。
    (3) To review and supervise the budget and income of campus accommodation (including rate setting).

三、 本會由下列人員組成之:
    3. The committee is composed of:
    (一) 當然委員:副校長(兼任召集人)、學生事務長、總務長、主計室主任、軍訓室主任。
    (1) Ex-officio committee members: Vice President (convener), Vice President for Student Affairs, Vice President for General Affairs, Director of Accounting Office, Director of Military Training Division.
    (二) 教師委員:由校長遴聘關心學生事務之教師三人。
    (2) Teacher members: The President appoints three teachers who are concerned with student affairs.
    (三) 學生委員:學生會、學生系會聯合會各推薦一人、學生宿舍自治委員會推薦四人。
    (3) Student committee members: One member recommended by the Student Union and the University Student Associations respectively. Four members are recommended by the Self-governed Committee of Student Dormitories.

本會委員由校長聘任之,任期一年,並得連任之。
Members are appointed by the President for a term of one year and may be re-appointed.

四、 本會每學期至少召開會議一次,必要時得召開臨時會;每次會議應有委員二分之一(含)以上出席; 事項之決議,以出席委員二分之一(含)以上同意後行之;議程安排及相關資料準備等行政事項,由住宿服務組辦理,並得請有關人員列席。
The Committee shall meet at least once a semester and may convene an ad-hoc meeting if necessary. More than half (inclusive) of the members shall attend each meeting. Decisions shall be made with the consent of more than half (including) of the members present. Administrative matters such as agenda arrangement and preparation shall be handled by the Housing Service Division, and relevant personnel may be invited to attend the meeting.

五、 本要點經主管會報通過後實施,修正時亦同。
These Directions shall be implemented after being approved at the Administrative Council Meeting and shall be amended in the same manner.
