第一條 Article 1 依本校組織規程第二十條規定設置學生事務會議﹝以下簡稱本會﹞,以負責規劃、統整,及推動本校有關學生事務之工作。 The Student Affairs committee (the “Committee”) is established in accordance with the Article 20 of the Articles of Organization of the University to plan, consolidate and promote all matters relate to student affairs. 第二條 Article 2 本會審議學生事務工作之重大決策與法規及其執行。 The Committee reviews and discusses the significant decisions, regulations and executions of all matters relate to student affairs. 第三條 Article 3 本會由學生事務長、教務長、總務長、國際事務長、各學院院長、圖書館館長、通識教育中心主任、各學系主任、各研究所所長、各學位學程主任、體育室主任、各學院導師代表各一人及大學部學生代表三人、研究生代表二人組成。學生事務長為主席,討論有關學生事務重要事項。每學期至少召開一次,必要時經五分之一以上委員提議得召開臨時會議。 The Committee is comprised of Vice President for Student Affairs, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Vice President for General Affairs, Vice President for International Affairs, Deans, Director for Library, Center Director for Center for General Education, Department Chairs, Directors for all graduate schools, Directors for all degree programs, Directors for Physical Education Office, one counselor representative from each college, three undergraduate student representatives and two graduate school student representatives. The Vice President for Student Affairs is the chair and leads the discussion of all matters related to student affairs. The Committee shall meet at least once each semester and call for an emergency meeting if proposed by one-fifth of the committee members. 第四條 Article 4 導師代表由各學院院長推薦,學生代表由學生自治團體推薦,任期均為一年。 The counselor representatives are recommended by the Dean of each college. The student representatives are recommended by student self-government group[JL1] . All representatives have a term of one year. 第五條 Article 5 學務處各組室主任,及與會議有關之業務承辦人員均須列席學生事務會議,並提出報告。 All section or office directors within the Office of Student Affairs as well as related personnel shall attend and brief in the student affairs meeting. 第六條 Article 6 本會之工作情形或建議事項得提行政會議報告之。 The work progress and recommendations of the Committee shall be reported to the administrative meeting. 第七條 Article 7 本辦法經校務會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。 The Regulations shall be taken into effect after approved by the student affairs meeting. All subsequent amendments shall follow the same procedures.
