第一條    為支援本校各系所及單位的計算機與網路之教學與研究,提供計算機與網路資源及技術諮詢,協助建立行政業務電腦化,特依據本校組織規程第八條,設置「國立成功大學計算機與網路中心」(以下簡稱本中心)。

Article 1  In order to support education and research that involves the use of computers and the network in the respective departments and units on campus, to provide computer and network resources and technical consultations, and to help computerized administrative affairs, these NCKU Regulations for Establishing the Computer and Network Center (Hereinafter referred to as the “Center”) are particularly established according to Article 8 of the Regulations for the Organization of the University.

第二條    本中心置中心主任一人綜理中心業務,由校長就本校具教授資格者聘請兼任之,任期比照其他行政單位主管辦理。

Article 2  The Center is arranged for one director to take charge of tasks throughout the Center. The director is to be hired by the President of the University among eligible faculty and staff and to work part-time, with a tenure comparable to that of a supervisor at any other administrative unit.

第三條    本中心得置副中心主任一人,襄助中心主任處理業務,副中心主任由中心主任就本校具副教授以上資格者遴選,再簽請校長聘兼之。

Article 3  The Center may have one vice director to help the director take care of the tasks. Such vice director is to be selected by the director among faculty and staff equivalent to an associate professor within the University and be signed off for approval by the President of the University to serve this part-time position.

第四條    本中心設網路與資訊安全組、資訊系統發展組、行政與諮詢組、教學科技組等四組,其職掌如下:

Article 4  The Center includes four divisions, namely the Network and Information Security Division, the Information System Development Division, the Administration and Consultation Division, and the Teaching Technology Division, with their respective responsibilities as follows:

一、網路與資訊安全組

(一) 校園網路及學術網路區域網路中心管理與維護。

(二) 主機、網路應用系統及機房管理與維護。

(三) 資訊安全管理與推動。

(四) 其他與網路、主機管理相關業務。

1.   Network and Information Security Division

(1)  Managing and maintaining the campus network and academic network centers

(2)  Managing and maintaining the host computer and network application system as well as the machine room

(3)  Managing and promoting information security

(4)  Other tasks related to the network and management of the host computer

二、資訊系統發展組

(一) 資訊系統之規劃、開發與維護。

(二) 資訊系統之教育訓練。

(三) 校務行政系統資料庫管理。

(四) 其他與資訊系統發展相關業務。

2.   Information System Development Division

(1)  Planning, developing and maintaining the information system

(2)  Educational training on the information system

(3)  Managing the administration system database of the University

(4)  Other tasks related to the development of an information system

三、行政與諮詢組

(一) 中心各項行政業務處理及諮詢服務。

(二) 全校授權軟體之採購與管理。

(三) 中心設備、場地及電腦教室之管理與維護。

(四) 其他行政相關業務。

3.   Administration and Consultation Division

(1)  Taking care of various administrative affairs of the Center and also consultation service

(2)  Purchasing and managing licensed software throughout the campus

(3)  Managing and maintaining equipment, venues, and computer classrooms throughout the Center

(4)  Other tasks related to the administrative affairs

四、教學科技組

(一) 開授資訊教學相關課程及研究。

(二) 推動本校數位教學科技與資訊科技相關研究發展。

(三) 支援本校同步、非同步教學技術,協助網路多媒體教學資料之製作與訓練。

(四) 其他資訊教學、研究相關業務。

4.   Teaching Technology Division

(1)  Holding information-technology-related courses and studies

(2)  Promoting research and development related to digital teaching technology and information technology on campus

(3)  Supporting synchronized and non-synchronized teaching technologies on campus and helping with the development of and training on network multimedia teaching materials

(4)  Other tasks related to information technology teaching and research

第五條    本中心各組各置組長一人,由中心主任就本校助理教授(含)以上教師遴選,再簽請校長聘兼之,或由職員擔任之。

Article 5  Each division of the Center is arranged for one person in charge, who is to be selected among the faculty of the assistant professor and a higher ranking level by the director of the Center and be signed off by the President of the University to serve this part-time position or the position may be filled by a staff member.

第六條    本中心得置技正、技士、技佐、高級系統管理師、系統分析設計師、高級系統程式設計師、程式設計師、系統維修工程師、助理程式設計師、資料管理師各若干人以執行本中心各組之工作。本中心所需員額在學校總員額內調充之。

Article 6  The Center may include several senior technical specialists, associate technical specialists, and junior technical specialists, senior system administrators, system analysts, senior system program designers, programmer, system maintenance engineers, assistant program designers, and data coordinator in order to perform the tasks at respective divisions of the Center. The number of staff members needed for the Center is to be allocated from within the University.

第七條    本中心設置計算機與網路委員會(設置要點另訂之)審議本中心之服務計畫及發展方向。

Article 7 The Center shall form the Computer and Network Committee (with the establishment directions to be prepared additionally) to review the Service Plan and Development Direction.

第八條    本中心得視實際需要,聘請相關系所之教授、副教授或助理教授為本中心之顧問,再簽請校長聘兼之。

Article 8 The Center may hire professors, associate professors, or assistant professors from related departments and graduate institutes to serve as its consultants to reflect the actual needs. They shall be signed off by the President of the University to serve this part-time position.

第九條    本辦法經本校校務會議通過後實施,修訂時亦同。

Article 9  These Regulations are to be enforced following approval through the university affairs meeting. The same shall apply to their revisions.
