第一條 本辦法依據本校第五七七次主管會報決議訂定。為改善本校校園環境，加強美化、綠化暨清潔工作，提供教職員工生最佳之教學、研究、處理公務與求學之環境。

Article 1 The regulations were promulgated at the 577rd Meeting of the Chief Administrators Council to improve the campus environment of National Cheng Kung University by strengthening its landscaping, greening, and cleaning efforts, thereby providing faculty, staff, and students with the most favorable environment for teaching, researching, studying, and handling official duties.
第二條 本競賽每學期（五月底及十一月初）各舉辦一次。各學院每學期應先行舉辦初賽，並將初賽評比結果送總務處提校級競賽時參考。

Article 2 the competition is held once per semester (in the end of May for the first semester and in the beginning of November for the second semester). A preliminary round is hosted for all colleges in each semester; the assessment results are submitted to the Office of General Affairs for reference in the school-level round.
 第三條 校級競賽之評比，由校長就各院所屬單位抽籤決定參與競賽單位，並親率教務長、學務長、總務長及各學院院長擔任評比。取前三名，於適當集會頒發業務費獎勵，評獲一、二、三名分別為八萬元、六萬元、五萬元之獎勵。

Article 3 In the school-level round, the president determines the participants in each college unit through a lottery and leads the assessment with the Presidents of Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and General Affairs and the dean of each college. The three best participants are determined and awarded service fees at an appropriate meeting; those coming in first, second, and third places are awarded NT$80,000, NT$60,000, and NT$50,000, respectively.
第四條  各學院參加校級評比之單位，獲校級前三名者，一年免參加校級評比。

Article 4 The three best units of each college in the school-level round are exempt from the school-level evaluation for one year.
第五條  本辦法經主管會報決議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

Article 5The regulations and any subsequent amendments shall be implemented upon approval by the Meeting of the Chief Administrators Council.
