一、為使本校學生知悉申請圖書館學生助理之工作並遵守本館及學校之相關規定,發揮工作潛能,協助圖書館各項服務工作,特訂定本要點。 1. The Student Assistant Management Guidelines hereunder are set forth in order to help the NCKU (National Cheng Kung University) students be informed of the job details for the library student assistant and abide by relevant internal NCKU and library policies so as to develop professional skills and assist in the library service provisions.
二、適用對象 本校在學學生。 2. Applicable Subjects All NCKU enrolled students.
三、申請方式 由圖書館網頁下載「國立成功大學圖書館工讀生申請表」填寫後交至圖書館各服務台或親至圖書館各服務台填寫申請表。各服務台人員再將申請表交至行政室彙整存檔,供本館用人單位參閱甄選。 3. Application Method Please download the “NCKU Library Part-time Student Job Application” from the NCKU library website and, having completed and printed out said application, submit it to a library reception or attain and complete said application at any NCKU library reception. The library staff, who receives the application, will hand over the application to the Administrative Office for compilation and record keeping so that the library personnel manager will be able to shortlist and select the suitable candidate.
四、錄用辦法 4. Appointment (一)由各用人組別自行甄選,送相關單位主管核示後錄用。 (1) The candidates will be reviewed and selected respectively for each vacancy and then submitted to relevant managers for sign-off and appointment. (二)一經錄用請繳交照片1張;學生證及依學校規定之存摺影印本各1份,連同相關申請表送行政室。 (2) Once appointed, the successful candidate shall submit one standard headshot photo and one respective photocopy each of the student ID card and bank deposit book in compliance with the NCKU policies; all three items shall be submitted, with the pertaining application, to the Administrative Office.
五、簽到退 5. Attendance Register 在各組指導員處填寫工作紀錄表及登記上、下班時間。 A work log and daily timesheet shall be filled at the Supervision Division of each employment department.
六、學生助理須遵守下列事項及相關辦法之規定: 6. Student Assistants shall comply with the following and all other relevant policies: (一)須準時上、下班,工作時間內應佩帶識別證或穿工讀背心,以為識別。 (1) You shall report to duty punctually and wear the ID badge or part-time student vest for identification purposes. (二)若因故不能依時上班工作時,須事先向各組主任或指導員請假或以電話連絡。 (2) In any circumstance where punctual attendance is affected, you shall contact the director or supervisor of your team in advance in person or make a phone call. (三)上班時間不得閱讀書刊或處理私人事務。 (3) You shall not be reading or dealing with personal affairs while you are on duty. (四)若臨時有急事需離開工作崗位,須向各組主任或指導員請示。 (4) To excuse yourself from duty as a matter of temporary urgency, you shall report to the director or supervisor of your team for approval. (五)必須接受本館工作人員之指導,工作內容包括文書、管理、保養、清掃及其他臨時指派工作。 (5) You shall be subject to the library staff’s supervision and your responsibilities include paperwork, administration, maintenance, cleaning, and any other ad-hoc assignment. (六)上班時間內應認真工作,不得接見訪客或使用電話;若有必要,需徵求組主任或指導員之同意。 (6) You shall demonstrate strong work ethics on duty and restricted from receiving visitors or using mobile phones; where necessary, you may request the approval from the director or supervisor of your team. (七)每月可工作時數及工作報酬,依學校相關之規定辦理。 (7) The daily working hours allowed and the corresponding remuneration are subject to the NCKU internal policies.
七、學生助理之考核 7. Performance Review of Student Assistant 依本校臨時工契約書相關條文辦理,由錄用之單位負責定期考核。
八、本要點經館務會議討論通過後實施,修正時亦同。 |
