(2) 總排名或領域排名前 50%-70%以及下列期刊：6

(3) 總排名或領域排名 70%以外：3

Ø   採用 SCI、SSCI及A&HCI五年內最高排名(依 Impact Factor)記點

3.  刊登於國科會臺灣社會科學核心期刊 TSSCI 第一級或臺灣人文學核心期 刊 THCI 第一級正式收錄期刊者，得6點。

4.  刊登於國科會臺灣社會科學核心期刊 TSSCI 第二級或臺灣人文學核心期 刊 THCI 第二級正式收錄期刊者，得3點。

5.  刊登於經雙向匿名審查通過之法政學門之中外文研究論文者，得6點；刊登於經單向匿名審查通過之法政學門之中外文研究論文者，得3點。申請時併同審查制度佐證送件。

6.  刊登於 EI 正式收錄期刊（以 Compendex 資料庫收錄清單為準）者，得3點。

7.  前述第一至第六款之外文期刊，若為國際合作發表論文（須至少有一位共同作者任職於國外機構），依該篇論文實得9點。

10.  專利計點標準：

(1) 美國、日本、或歐洲專利：6

(4) 如果專利和相關論文有直接關係，可加2點到該論文作為記點升級之用

11. 每篇論文計點方式：

(1) 跨領域共同合作，則該領域之第一作者以全部點數計算，第二作者以半點計算，其他不計點。

(2) 每篇論文只能由一位學生畢業時計點使用（跨領域共同合作，則不在此限）。

12.  畢業時必須至少有一篇期刊論文排名在所有作者群中第一位。(本系指導教授除外)

13.   論文須指導教授認可後才可以投稿。

14.   畢業時除研究成果必須具有創造性及完整性之外，需滿足下列(1)、(2)條件之一再加上一篇國際會議論文

(1) 二篇6 點以上期刊論文。

(2) 9點以上期刊論文。

15.   點數計算辦法通過後入學之新生必須使用此新規則，舊生得選擇使用舊或新規則。

16.  符合上述規定後，畢業學生可向學術委員會提出畢業的申請。
