一、國立成功大學(下稱本校)為形成跨院系所導師陪伴文化,協同引領學生全人發展,特訂定本要點。 Article 1 The National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter “the University”) established the Trial Guidelines for the Implementation of the University-Level Mentor Program (hereinafter “the Guidelines”) to foster a culture of cross-college, cross-departmental, and cross-institute mentorship, and to collaboratively guide students’ holistic development. 二、本要點以學生事務處心理健康與諮商輔導組(下稱學務處心輔組)為業務主辦單位。 Article 2 The Counseling and Wellness Services Division of the Office of Student Affairs (hereinafter “the Division”) shall serve as the unit responsible for the implementation of the Guidelines. 三、本要點所稱校導師,指為提供跨院系學生課業、生涯、跨域發展及生活適應多元觀點與建議之教師。 Article 3 The term “university-level mentors” as mentioned in the Guidelines refer to teachers who provide students from different colleges and departments with diverse perspectives and suggestions on academic studies, career planning, interdisciplinary development, and life adjustments. 四、校導師資格:曾擔任本校導師工作滿3年以上,具輔導與陪伴經驗之專任或約聘教師。 Article 4 Eligibility for university-level mentors: full-time or contract teachers who have served as mentors at the University for at least three years and possess experience in student guidance and mentoring. 五、校導師應提供大學部及研究所學生每月8至10小時導談時間,並積極參與導師AI交流社群。 前項導談時間,由校導師自行安排。 Article 5 University-level mentors shall provide undergraduate and graduate students with 8 to 10 hours of mentoring and consultation per month, and shall actively participate in the Mentor AI Exchange Community. The scheduling of the mentoring and consultation hours referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be arranged by the university-level mentors themselves. 六、校導師依每月實際導談時數核給鐘點費,核給標準簽陳校長核定。 Article 6 University-level mentors shall be remunerated on an hourly basis according to their actual monthly mentoring hours. The remuneration standards shall be submitted to the President for ratification. 七、校導師之推薦,採隨到隨審方式辦理,由各學院檢具推薦表向學務處心輔組提出,經評選小組審查報請校長核定後,頒發校導師聘函,聘期1年。 前項評選小組由學生事務長擔任召集人,由學務處心輔組組長、生涯發展與就業輔導組組長、學生活動發展組組長、生活輔導組組長、軍訓室主任及原住民族學生資源中心主任等人組成。 Article 7 Recommendations for eligible university-level mentors shall be processed on a rolling basis. Each college shall submit a recommendation form to the Division. Following a review by the Selection Committee and ratification by the President, an appointment letter shall be issued. The term of appointment shall be one year. The Selection Committee referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be convened by the Vice President of Student Affairs and shall comprise the following members: the directors of the Division, the Career Consultation Division, the Student Development and Activities Division, the Student Assistance Division, the Military Training Division, and the Indigenous Student Resource Center. 八、本要點所需經費,由本校校務基金自籌收入項下支應。 Article 8 The funds required for the implementation of the Guidelines shall be covered by the self-generated income of the University’s endowment fund. 九、本要點經學務處學務主管會議及校務基金管理委員會通過,經校長核定後試行1年,修正時亦同。
