第一條   國立成功大學(下稱本校)為鼓勵學生多元學習及適性發展，培育具創造力之跨域人才，特依本校學則，訂定本準則。

Article 1 These Guidelines are established by National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) to encourage students to pursue diversified learning and adaptive development as well as to cultivate creative interdisciplinary talents in accordance with NCKU Academic Regulations.

第二條   本準則所稱校學士學位，指學士班學生修畢本校規定之課程及學分要求後，由本校授予之學士學位。

Article 2 The term “Bachelor’s Degrees” as stated in these Guidelines refers to bachelor's degrees conferred by NCKU upon students on bachelor’s programs who complete the NCKU-designated courses and credit requirements for interdisciplinary studies.

第三條   本校為辦理校學士學位課程規劃審查事宜，得設彈性學制推動辦公室。

彈性學制推動辦公室下得設審查小組，審查小組由彈性學制推動辦公室召集本校至少三位相關領域專任教師組成，除負責審查學生學習計畫書外，並應就學生修讀之課程及學分審定授予之校學士學位名稱。

Article 3 NCKU shall set up a flexible academic system promotion office (hereafter the Promotion Office) to administer the planning and review processes for the establishment of curriculum for bachelor’s degrees in interdisciplinary studies.

 The Promotion Office shall convene a minimum of three NCKU full-time faculty members in relevant fields to form a review panel to review study plans submitted by applicants and determine the name of an NCKU bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies on the basis of courses and credits completed by students.

第四條   本校學士班學生得於修讀滿一學年起至修業年限最後一年第一學期開始前（不含延長修業年限），申請修讀校學士學位，並應於公告申請期限內提出申請。

核准修讀之學生以雙主修形式修讀校學士學位。

Article 4 NCKU undergraduate students who have completed their first year of study in one program at NCKU may apply to study for a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies, starting from the end of the first year of study to the date before the beginning of the first semester of the final year of study (excluding extended duration of study), and the application shall be submitted within the designated application period.

Upon approval, students shall study for a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies in the form of a double major.

第五條   申請修讀校學士學位之學生，其修課應顯示具跨領域方向，並應修畢非所屬學系領域專長（或學分學程、跨域專長等）課程至少二門後，提具學習計畫書送彈性學制推動辦公室提審查小組審查。學習計畫書應載明下列事項：
一、學習目標。

二、課程規劃：應包含實習、實作或專題課程，且另含至少四個完整專長微學程。

第一項所稱四個完整專長微學程，其課程之認列標準與充抵規定，另訂修業辦法規範之。

Article 5 Students intending to pursue a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies should complete coursework characterized with interdisciplinary orientation and complete at least two courses outside the field of expertise (credit programs, or cross-field specialties) of the respective departments before they submit a study plan to the Promotion Office for review by the review panel. The study plan should specify the following matters:

1. Learning objectives.

2. Curriculum planning: It should include internships, practicum, or specific-topic courses, and a minimum of four complete micro-programs of expertise.

The recognition standards and waiver regulations for the four micro-programs of expertise stated in the first paragraph shall be regulated in a separate text.

第六條   修讀校學士學位人數，每學年以不超過本校學士班二年級人數百分之二為原則。

Article 6 In principle, the number of students studying for bachelor's degrees in interdisciplinary studies shall not exceed 2% of the number of sophomores in the undergraduate programs at NCKU each academic year.

第七條   修讀不同領域專長之相同科目，不得重複採計為畢業學分。

Article 7 The same courses completed in different fields of expertise shall not be counted repeatedly as graduation credits.

第八條   修讀校學士學位學生，其畢業資格經由彈性學制推動辦公室審查小組及教務處審查通過後，授予學位。

Article 8 Upon the approval of the graduation qualification review by the review panel of the Promotion Office and the Academic Affairs Office, students studying for a bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies shall be conferred a degree.

第九條   校學士學位如因故須終止實施，應於終止一學年前提具說明書及對未完成修讀之學生應有配套措施，並經教務會議通過。

Article 9 Should need arise for the implementation of bachelor's degrees in interdisciplinary studies to be terminated, an account of reasons and supporting measures for students undertaking the studies shall be given one academic year before the termination, which shall be approved by the Academic Affairs Council.

第十條   本準則未盡事宜，悉依本校學則及相關規定辦理。

Article 10 Matters that are not regulated in these Guidelines shall be administered in accordance with NCKU Academic Regulations and related regulations.

第十一條 本準則經教務會議通過後實施，並報教育部備查，修正時亦同。

Article 11 Upon approval by the Academic Affairs Council, the Regulations shall take effect from the date of publication and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Education for reference. Amendments shall be processed accordingly.
