114年5月14日  113學年度第7次所務會議通過

一、       為獎勵本所博士班研究生出國參與國際學術會議，提昇學術研究與促進國際文教交流，特訂定「國際經營管理研究所博士生參與國際學術會議補助要點」（以下簡稱本要點）。

In order to encourage doctoral students of the Institute to participate in international academic conferences, enhance academic research, and promote international cultural and educational exchange, the "Guidelines for Subsidies for Doctoral Students of the Institute of International Management Attending International Academic Conferences" (hereinafter referred to as "these Guidelines") are hereby established.

二、       可申請補助之國際學術會議名稱，依據本所博士班研究手冊所列。

The eligible international academic conferences for subsidy applications shall be those listed in the Institute’s Doctoral Program Handbook.

三、       申請資格：

1.      申請者提出申請及領取補助費時需為本所在學博士生。

Applicants must be current doctoral students of the Institute at the time of application and subsidy receiving.

2.      申請補助之論文需以本所學生身份發表。

The subsidy is granted only for papers published during the student’s enrollment at the Institute. Publications prior to admission are not eligible.

3.      曾獲本辦法補助之論文不得重複申請。

Papers that have already received subsidies under these Guidelines may not be resubmitted for subsidy.

4.      符合國科會或校級單位補助資格者，需先向上述單位申請補助，並檢附証明。

Applicants who are eligible for subsidies from the National Science and Technology Council or university-level units must first apply to those units and provide proof of application.

四、       申請時間：

1.      每年二次申請，於於四月底、九月底前提出申請。

Applications are accepted twice a year, before the end of April and before the end of September.

2.      在申請截止日前一年內發表或被接受發表者均得提出申請。

Papers that have been published or accepted for publication within one year prior to the application deadline are eligible for application.

五、       申請流程：申請人應檢附下列相關資料，於申請時繳交:

Application Procedure: Applicants must submit the following documents at the time of application:

1. 國際經營管理研究所補助博士生參與國際學術會議申請書。

Application form for Doctoral Student Subsidy to Attend International Academic Conferences (provided by the Institute).

3.      證明論文被接受之文件。

Document certifying that the paper has been accepted.

4.      擬發表之論文全文。

Full text of the paper to be presented.

5.      已向校內其他單位申請補助之說明。

Statement indicating whether subsidy has been applied from other units.

6.      論文為合著者，每一論文以補助一位學生為限。

For co-authored papers, only one student per paper is eligible for subsidy.

六、       獎勵：於每年五月及十月由學術會議審議，依當年度各項經費或國經所結餘款支應補助金額。每位博士生每年補助一次，補助金額最高為5,000 (台灣舉辦之國際研討會) 或 20,000元 (海外舉辦之國際研討會)。

Applications will be reviewed at academic meetings in May and October each year. The amount of the subsidy depends on the annual budget or surplus funds of the Institute. Each doctoral student may receive the assistantship once per year, with the maximum subsidy being NT$5,000 for international conferences held in Taiwan and NT$20,000 for those held abroad.

七、       以上各點如有疑義，由學術會議委員們解釋認定之。

In case of any disputes or ambiguities regarding these Guidelines, the Academic Meeting Committee of the Institute shall have the authority to interpret and resolve them.

八、       本要點經學術會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

These Guidelines shall take effect after approval by the Academic Meeting of the Institute. Any amendments shall follow the same procedure.
