一、臺灣綜合大學系統(以下簡稱臺綜大系統)為鼓勵系統內博士班研究生及博士後研究員進行跨校研究，厚植學術量能，

         培育高階研發人才，特訂定本要點。

I. The Taiwan Comprehensive University System (TCUS) has formulated these directions to encourage doctoral degree program students and postdoctoral fellow in the system to conduct inter-university research to increase universities' academic capabilities and cultivate advanced R&D talent.

二、本要點適用對象為臺綜大系統各校已註冊具學籍之博士班學生及其指導教授與系統內共同列名教授，或正式聘任之博

         士後研究員及其計畫主持人與系統內共同列名教授。

         前項註冊學籍認定，依各校相關規定辦理。

II.These directions are applicable to registered doctoral students of schools in the TCUS system and their advisors and co-listed professors within the system, or officially appointed postdoctoral fellows and their principal investigators and co-listed professors within the system.

The recognition of "registered doctoral students" in the previous paragraph will be processed in accordance with the relevant regulations of each school.

三、本要點獎勵項目為博士生或博士後研究員之研究成果，發表(或接受發表)於 Scopus 或 Web of Science 資料庫收錄

         之期刊(以排名Q1優先推薦)。

III. The encouragement rewards in these directions shall be granted for the results of research by doctoral students and postdoctoral Fellow published (or accepted for publication) on Scopus or Web of Science databases (an SJR value of Q1 receives priority for recommendation).

四、申請本獎勵金之博士班學生或博士後研究員，其期刊論文須由臺綜大系統二校以上之專任助理教授以上教師共同列

         名，且申請人之指導教授(或計畫主持人)須為校內教師。

         申請獎勵之研究成果，博士生或博士後研究員須為第一作者或通訊作者，並需由指導教授(或計畫主持人)及系統內教

         師共同列名於該篇作者群中。

IV. Doctoral students or postdoctoral fellow applying for the rewards must have their journal papers co-authored by full-time assistant professors or higher from two or more schools within the TCUS system, the applicant’s main advisor (or principal investigator) must be a faculty member from the same university as the applicant.

The doctoral student or postdoctoral fellow must be the first author or the corresponding author for the research results applying for rewards; the advisors (or principal investigator) and professors within the TCUS system must be listed as co-authors.

五、每篇期刊論文獎勵最高新臺幣參萬元整，每年獎勵名額與核發金額，得視年度經費情形彈性調整。核發標準如下：

        (一)本獎勵金由指導教授(或計畫主持人)、系統內共同列名教授及博士班學生或博士後研究員平均分配，每位並頒發

                獎狀乙紙。

        (二)每位博士班學生或博士後研究員至多以領取二次獎勵金為限。

        (三)期刊論文如為臺綜大系統獎勵跨校短期研究計畫成果一部分，且已獲跨校短期研究獎勵，指導教授(或計畫主持

                人)、系統內共同列名教授不得參與本獎勵金之分配。

V. The highest reward for each published paper is NT$30,000, and the number of rewards issued and the reward amounts are subject to be adjusted according to the budget of each year.

(I) The criteria for the issuing of rewards are as follows:

The rewards will be divided equally among the advisor (or principal investigator),co-listed professors within the system and the doctoral student, or postdoctoral fellow, and each person will receive a certificate.

(II) Each doctoral student or postdoctoral fellow may receive the reward a maximum of two times.

(III) The advisor (or principal investigator),co-listed professors within the system may not receive rewards if the paper is a part of the results of the encouragement of inter-university short-term research project of TCUS and has been rewarded for inter-university short-term research.

六、審查程序:

        (一)申請人應於臺綜大研發工作圈公告截止日前，備齊申請表格與相關資料，向臺綜大系統各校研發工作圈窗口提出 

                申請，由各校進行書面審查後，將推薦名單送至國立成功大學研發工作圈聯絡窗口。

        (二)推薦名單由臺綜大系統研發工作圈研發長聯席會會議(以下簡稱研發圈聯席會)審議，獎勵名單通過後，提送臺綜

                大執行委員會備查。研發圈聯席會認有必要時，得先邀請學者專家進行初審，結果送研發圈聯席會參考。

VI.Review Procedures:

(I)Applicants shall submit the application form and relevant information for review and approval to the contact person of the Secretary Work Circle of each TCUS university before the announcement deadline posted by the Secretary Work Circle of TCUS. Following the review of written documents from each school, the list of recommendation must be submitted to the contact person of the NCKU Secretary Work Circle.

(II)The list of recommendation will be reviewed by the Joint Meeting of Vice Presidents for Research & Development in the TCUS Secretary Work Circle (hereinafter abbreviated as the Secretary Work Circle Joint Meeting), and after the list of rewarded candidates has been approved, it will be submitted to the TCUS Executive Committee. If deemed necessary in the Secretary Work Circle Joint Meeting, scholars and experts may be invited for the preliminary review, and the results will be sent to the Secretary Work Circle Joint Meeting for reference.

七、本要點經研發工作圈聯席會通過，報請臺綜大執行委員會議核備後實施，修正時亦同。

These directions shall come into force after being approved in the Secretary Work Circle Joint Meeting and reported to the TCUS Executive Committee for future reference. The same applies to all subsequent amendments.
