112.5.3 計網中心主管會議通過，112.5.18校課程委員會備查

一、國立成功大學計算機與網路中心（以下簡稱本中心），為規劃及審議本中心課程及學程相關事宜，依本校課程委員會設置辦法第四條，設本中心課程委員會（以下簡稱本會），並訂定本要點。

二、本會置委員7人，由下列人員組成：

(一)當然委員5人：本中心中心主任（兼召集人）、副中心主任、網路與資訊安全組組長、資訊系統發展組組長及教學科技組組長。

(二)學生代表1人：由本中心專任教師推薦，本中心中心主任遴聘。

(三)校外學者專家或業界代表1人：由本中心中心主任遴聘。

前項學生代表及校外代表任期一年，得連任。

三、本會於業務需要時召開，開會時應有委員三分之二以上出席，始得開議；出席委員過半數同意，始得決議。

前項出席委員應行迴避者，於決議時不計入應迴避議案之出席人數。

四、本要點經本中心主管會議通過後實施，並送校課程委員會備查。修正時亦同。

I. National Cheng Kung University ("NCKU") establishes the Curriculum Committee of the Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) and these Directions in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulations for Establishing the Curriculum Committee of NCKU, in order to plan and review any matters related to the curricula and programs of the Center.

II.The Committee consists of 7 members including the following persons:

(I)5 ex officio members: Center Director (who concurrently acts as the convenor) of the Center, Deputy Center Director, Director of the Network & Information Security Division, Director of the Information System Development Division, and Director of the Teaching and Learning Technology Division;

(II)1 representative of students: to be recommended by the full-time faculty members of the Center and appointed by the center director of the Center; and

(III)1 representative of scholars or experts outside NCKU: to be appointed by the center director of the Center.

The foregoing representatives of students and scholars or experts outside NCKU shall serve a one-year term and may be reelected and reappointed.

III. The Committee meeting can be convened as needed only when two-thirds or more members are present; a resolution made at the meeting may be adopted only upon approval of a majority of members present.

The foregoing attending members who shall recuse themselves from the meeting are not included in the number of participants while a resolution is adopted regarding a proposal where recusal is applied.

IV. These Directions are to be enforced following approval via the management meeting of the Center and are to be submitted to and reviewed for reference by the Curriculum Committee of NCKU. The same shall apply to their revisions.
