Directions for the Implementation of the Tainan International Human Rights Festival

一、     國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)為協助「國際人權博物館聯盟亞太分會」，辦理臺南國際人權藝術節（以下簡稱藝術節），推動南臺灣人權教育，促進與國際人權館接軌平臺，特訂定本要點。

1.             To assist the “Federation of International Human Rights Museums Asia Pacific (FIHRM-AP)” with regard to organizing the Tainan International Human Rights Festival (hereinafter the Art Festival), promote human rights education in southern Taiwan, and help with the connection of FIHRM, these directions are hereby established by National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter NCKU).

二、     本藝術節由本校文學院、藝術中心、博物館、人文社會科學中心簽訂合作備忘錄，每年由各單位輪流主辦。

2.              The College of Liberal Arts, Art Center, NCKU Museum, and Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences has signed the cooperation memorandum for the Art Festival, and each unit will alternatively host the event. 

三、     本藝術節由本校「臺南國際人權藝術節籌備委員會」(以下簡稱本委員會)推動規劃，本委員會由本校文學院院長、藝術中心主任、博物館館長及人文社會科學中心主任擔任當然委員，由委員互推召集人1名，任期一年。

3.              The “Tainan International Human Rights Festival Preparation Committee” of the University (hereinafter the Committee) is responsible for planning the Art Festival. The Dean of the College of Liberal Arts, Director of the Art Center, Director of the Museum, and Director of the Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences shall serve as ex officio members and recommend one among them to be the convenor with a tenure of office for one year.

四、     本委員會於每年11月或12月召開會議，由委員會共同訂定藝術節主題，並由該年主辦單位推選策展人，負責撰寫計畫書，並與相關單位共同策劃辦理。

4.              The Committee shall convene the meeting in November or December of every year. The Committee shall jointly establish the theme of the Art Festival, and the host unit in the current year shall recommend that the curator prepare the proposal and plan for the organization together with relevant units.

五、     本藝術節之經費由國家人權博物館每年補助款項撥入本校人文社會科學中心之專戶。

5.              The National Human Rights Museum will appropriate the subsidy for the Art Festival to a special account of the Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences of the University every year.

六、     本藝術節由人文社會科學中心作為校內外聯絡窗口，支援行政公文往來。

6.              The Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences Art Festival is the contact window of the university for correspondent administrative letters.

七、     本要點經人文社會科學中心審議委員會通過後施行，修正時亦同。

7.              These directions shall be implemented upon approval of the Review Committee of the Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences; the same shall also apply for any amendments.
