一、國立成功大學生物科技與產業科學系（以下簡稱本系）為有效管理動物房，訂定「國立成 功大學生物科技與產業科學系動物房管理要點」(以下簡稱本要點)。

I.     The Department of Biotechnology and Bioindustry Sciences, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") has formulated the Management Guidelines for the Animal Facilities of the Department of Biotechnology and Bioindustry Sciences, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as the "Guidelines") to effectively manage the Animal Facilities.

二、本系動物房管理須依「生物科技與產業科學系陸生動物房標準操作流程」、「生物科技與產 業科學系水生動物房標準操作程序」辦理。

II.    The management of the Animal Facilities of the Department shall be governed by the Standard Operating Procedures of the Terrestrial Animal Facility of the Department of Biotechnology and Bioindustry Sciences and the Standard Operating Procedures of the Aquatic Animal Facility of the Department of Biotechnology and Bioindustry Sciences.

三、本系陸生動物房管理人與水生動物房管理人每年應定期報告營運情形，且每二年辦理移交， 同時檢討計費標準，以維持動物房正常營運，管理人由系務會議推選之，任期 2 年，連選 得連任。

III.   Managers of the Terrestrial Animal Facility and Aquatic Animal Facility of the Department shall periodically report their operational statuses each year and shall transfer their duties to the next successors and review the fee standards simultaneously every two years. In order to maintain normal operations within the Animal Facilities, the managers shall be elected by the Department Meeting to serve a 2-year term of office and may be re-elected.

四、本系陸生動物房、水生動物房計費標準經研究發展委員會審議通過後，送系務會議核備後 實施。

IV.   The fee standards of the Terrestrial Animal Facility and the Aquatic Animal Facility of the Department shall be implemented upon obtaining the approval of the Research and Development Committee and after being submitted for acknowledgment at the Department Meeting.

五、陸生動物房計費標準詳列於附件(一)。

V.    Details of the fee standards for the Terrestrial Animal Facility are listed in Appendix 1.

六、水生動物房計費標準詳列於附件(二)。

VI. Details of the fee standards for the Aquatic Animal Facility are listed in Appendix 2.

七、本要點經研究發展委員會審議通過後，送系務會議核備後實施，修正時亦同。

VII.  These Guidelines shall be implemented following their approval from the Research and Development Committee and after being submitted for acknowledgment at the Department Meeting. The same shall apply to all subsequent amendments.
