第一條 國立成功大學生物科技與產業科學系(以下簡稱本系)為統籌本系 所屬空間之調配、使用與管理，特制訂本辦法。

Article 1         The Department of Biotechnology and Bioindustry Sciences, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") has formulated these Rules for the allocation, usage, and management of the space of the Department.

第二條 本系應提供專任教師一間辦公室及一間實驗室為基本使用空間。 專任教師於到職時提供使用，離職(含退休)時應於一個月內將辦 公室及實驗室清理完畢並歸還給本系，如有特殊需要，得向本系 申請經空間規劃委員會通過，將此期限至多延長為一年。 每位專任教師之辦公室與實驗室合計之基本空間，最大坪數與最小 坪數之間相差不要超過二坪為原則。

Article 2         The Department shall provide an office and a laboratory as basic usage space for each full-time teacher.

A full-time teacher may start using the space when his/her employment begins and shall clean the office and laboratory, then vacate the space after his/her employment ends (incl. retirement); in case of special needs, the usage may be extended up to one year upon obtaining the approval of the Spatial Planning Committee of the Department.

The difference between the combined space, from largest to smallest, of the office and the laboratory of each full-time teacher must not exceed 6.6 square meters.

第三條 本系視空間之需求，調配辦公室及實驗室空間，得視需要短期借 予其他老師使用，但不得做任何內部空間修改，借用期間以二週 為限，由空間規劃委員會召集人核定，借用期間若超過二週，請敘 明理由，由空間規劃委員會討論決議；借用期間若超過一個月以 上，按月收取費用，辦公室每月5,000元，實驗室每月15,000元，以 支付本系維護費用。

Article 3         The Department shall allocate the offices and laboratories based on needs for space and may lease them to other teachers for short-term use if needed; however, the lessee may not make any modifications to the interior space of the offices and laboratories and the lease period shall be limited to two weeks upon obtaining the approval of the convener of the Spatial Planning Committee. If more than two weeks are needed, the lessee must state the reasons and the Spatial Planning Committee will discuss and resolve the matter upon request. If the lease period exceeds at least one month, the lessee shall be charged monthly fees of NT$5,000 for offices and NT$15,000 for laboratories for the purpose of covering maintenance fees.

第四條 本系得視空間之需求，經空間規劃委員會通過，提系務會議確認後， 隨時收回第三條所借用的空間，於收回一個月前通知借用人。

Article 4         Based on its need for space, the Department may recall the leased space stipulated in Article 3 and notify the lessee one month prior to the recall upon obtaining the approval of the Spatial Planning Committee and receiving confirmation at the Department Meeting.

第五條 本辦法經系務會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

Article 5         These Rules were implemented with their approval at the Department Meeting. The same shall apply to all subsequent amendments.
