國立成功大學生物科技與產業科學系 導師制度實施細則 Enforcement Rules for the Mentor System of the Department of Biotechnology and Bioindustry Sciences, National Cheng Kung University |

第一條 國立成功大學生物科技與產業科學系(以下簡稱本系)為落實導師輔導工作,提昇 教育品質,培養德智兼備之人才,達成大學教育目的,特訂定本細則,本細則依「國 立成功大學導師制實施細則」之規定訂定之。 Article 1 The Department of Biotechnology and Bioindustry Sciences, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") has formulated these enforcement rules in accordance with the stipulations of the Enforcement Rules for the Mentor System at National Cheng Kung University to govern the implementation of guidance work by academic mentors so as to enhance the quality of education and cultivate students to become professionals who are both intelligent and ethically upright, thus achieving the educational purpose of the university. 第二條 本系專任助理教授以上教師均有擔任導師之義務,導師工作做為獎勵、升等教師評 鑑之參考。另由具國家執照之心理師協助導師之輔導工作。 Article 2 Teachers of the Department ranked at least as full-time or associate professors all have the obligation of being academic mentors, and their work as academic mentors shall serve as a reference for rewards and promotion. Nationally licensed psychologists shall assist the academic mentors in guiding the students.
一、 了解導生性向、興趣、人格特質、生活與家庭狀況,關懷其生活、學習、生 涯及身心健康,導引其身心發展,培養健全人格。必要時可連絡心理師實施 性向、興趣或人格測驗。 Article 3 Responsibilities of the academic mentors are as follows: I. Understanding the students' aptitudes, interests, personality traits, personal lives, and family situations; caring for the students' personal lives, education, career, and mental and physical health; and guiding the students to become well-rounded individuals. Academic mentors may contact a psychologist to conduct aptitude tests, interest tests, or personality tests on the students if necessary. II. Helping students with their coursework, course selection, and career planning. If the students have failed a third of their courses in a semester or have been given demerits and punishments, the academic mentors shall collaborate with the Office of Student Affairs, parents, or relevant personnel in offering appropriate counseling to the students. III. The academic mentors shall grade the students' conduct grade based on their daily behavior two weeks before the end of each semester and send the grades to the Student Assistance Division of the Office of Student Affairs. IV. Holding conversation events (class meetings) according to the student affairs schedule, and using non-office hours to talk and socialize with the students or hold other group activities to tighten the bonds between teachers and students. V. If a student display signs of maladaptive behavior, deviant behavior, or other extraordinary circumstances, the academic mentor must contact the student's parents or guardian and refer the student to a psychologist for psychological counseling and treatment.
第四條 因實施輔導所獲得導生個人或家庭資料,相關輔導人員有依法保密的義務。 Article 4 All mentoring personnel have the obligation to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or family information of students received when providing guidance to those students in accordance with the law.
第五條 若導生有下列情形之一者,當事人、發現者或事發單位,應迅速通報校安中心(分 機55555),協助進行危機處理與後續處置。 一、 其言行、情緒或精神異常,有可能發生自我傷害或傷害他人之行為時,應依 據「本校校園精神疾病及自我傷害個案處置之作業流程」處理。 Article 5 If the students display any of the following signs, the parties concerned, those who have identified the relevant issues, or the unit where the incident occurred shall immediately contact the Campus Security Office (ext. 55555) to help cope with the crisis and deal with the aftermath. I. Abnormal behavior, emotions, or mental states. If a student displays behavior that shows the possibility of inflicting harm on himself/herself or on others, the situation shall be handled in accordance with the NCKU Campus Mental Illness and Self-harm Case Report and Process Flow Chart. II. If a student is hurt in a random accident, traffic incident, or any other situation in need of urgent medical attention, the situation shall be handled in accordance with the NCKU Student Emergency Reporting System. III. If the students' behavior severely endangers campus safety and disturbs campus peace, this is considered to be an urgent campus safety incident; as such, the situation shall be handled in accordance with the NCKU Campus Incident Reporting System and Handling Process.
第六條 導師制度之編組方式為小組導師制,本系導師之排定,以全系老師參與為原則,每 位導師輔導大學部導生不超過12名,以全班為單位,每人指導1至2位學生。 Article 6 The mentor system shall be organized into small groups. All teachers of the Department shall serve as academic mentors of the Department, and each academic mentor shall advise up to 12 undergraduate students, i.e., each academic mentor shall advise one or two students per class. 第七條 每學期每位學生至少應與導師單獨會談1次為原則,並視情況增加次數。導師於每次 導談後必須填寫學生導談紀錄表。 Article 7 Each student shall meet alone with his/her academic mentor at least once per semester, in principle. The number of meetings can be increased based on the situation. The academic mentor must fill out the Student Meeting Record Form after each meeting.
Article 8 The budget for the academic mentor fees shall be calculated based on the number of students. The academic mentor fees shall be counted under Student Guidance Activity Fees, which shall be transferred to the account of the Department and used exclusively for the purpose of student guidance. 第九條 導師應協助學生綜合資料卡、學生導談記錄表、應屆畢業生就業輔導意見表之建立。 Article 9 Academic mentors shall help students fill out their Student Comprehensive Information Card, Student Meeting Record Form and Graduating Student Career Counseling Comment Form. 第十條 導師於輔導學生過程中,得視情況照會其他教師協助輔導或提系務會議中討論。 Article 10 When advising students, academic mentors may ask other teachers for assistance based on the situation, or discuss the situation in the Department Meeting. 第十一條 每學期至少召開導師會議一次,討論工作實施情形,檢討並改進導師制。系主任 及導師應出席每學期由學生事務處召開之全校導師輔導工作研討會或各項輔導知 能研習活動,以增進專業知能。 Article 11 The academic mentors must convene meetings at least once per semester to discuss the implementation status of their mentoring work as well as review and improve the mentor system. The Department Chair and academic mentors shall attend the NCKU Academic Mentor Work Conferences convened by the Office of Student Affairs each semester or attend counseling knowledge and skill learning events to improve their professional knowledge and skills.
Article 12 These Enforcement Rules were implemented with approval from the Department Meeting members. The same shall apply to all subsequent amendments. |
