第一條 國立成功大學生物科技與產業學系(以下簡稱本系)依據「國立成功大學學生抵免學 分辦法」訂定本系學生抵免學分辦法(以下簡稱本辦法)。

Article 1    he Department of Biotechnology and Bioindustry Sciences, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as the "Department") has established the Course Credit Waiver Regulations of the Department of Biotechnology and Bioindustry Sciences, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations") in accordance with the NCKU Course Credit Waiver Regulations.

第二條 本系專業科目抵免學分之原則規定如下： 一、科目名稱、內容相同者。 二、科目名稱不同而內容或性質相同者，課程內容或性質相同之認定由本系課程委 員會決定。

Article 2    Principles and rules of credit waiver for specialized courses of the Department are as follows:

I. Courses with the same name and content.

II.  Courses with different names, but with the same content or nature. Whether the courses share the same content or nature shall be determined by the Curriculum Committee of the Department.

第三條 符合本系抵免規定之學生，應於入學當學期開始上課日起 3 週內辦理完畢，相關規 定請參照「國立成功大學學生抵免學分辦法」之規定辦理。

Article 3    Students who are eligible for credit waiver from the Department shall complete the process within three weeks following the first day of the semester of their admission. Please refer to the NCKU Course Credit Waiver Regulations for relevant rules and act accordingly.

第四條 凡曾在教育部認可之境外大學院校修讀之科目學分，得依「國立成功大學學生抵免 學分辦法」相關規定酌情抵免。

Article 4    Students who have taken credits at overseas universities or colleges recognized by the Ministry of Education may have credits waived according to the terms of the NCKU Course Credit Waiver Regulations.

第五條 抵免學分之審核，通識教育科目由通識教育中心負責審查，本系專業科目由本系課 程委員會審查。

Article 5    Credit waiver of general education courses shall be reviewed by the Center for General Education. Credit waiver of specialized courses within the Department shall be reviewed by the Curriculum Committee of the Department.

第六條 本辦法經系務會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

Article 6    These Regulations were implemented with the approval of the Department Meeting members. The same shall apply to all subsequent amendments.
