一、 國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)為協助學生在學期間藉工讀機會,養成獨立自主精神,擴充學習生活領域,特訂定本要點。 The National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as “the University”) established the National Cheng Kung University Directions on Financial Assistance Through Part-time Job Opportunities for Students (hereinafter referred to as “the Directions”) to help students acquire independence and life skills.
二、 為進一步照顧弱勢族群學生順利就學,有關「學生生活學習獎助金作業執行要點」,另訂之。 The National Cheng Kung University Enforcement Directions on Financial Aid for Living Expenses for Students was separately promulgated to assist underprivileged students in pursuing their studies.
三、 本要點業務主辦單位為學生事務處生活輔導組。 The Student Assistance Division of the Office for Student Affairs is responsible for managing operations stated in the Directions.
四、 本要點所需經費,由本校編列年度預算項下支應。 Expenses for the Directions are covered by the University’s annual budget.
五、 本校學生參加工讀助學者,向各工讀單位提出申請,由該單位依當年度核定名額,自行遴選。 各工讀單位須於工讀生開始工讀五日前,至本校臨工系統進行登錄,並繳交相關資料,送學生事務處生活輔導組彙整。各工讀生當月工作紀錄表,須於次月五日前,核實向學生事務處生活輔導組申報。 Students applying for part-time jobs as financial assistance shall submit applications to corresponding units offering jobs. The units may select suitable candidates at their own discretion according to the number of job openings for the year concerned. All units offering jobs must import the data of selected candidates into the part-time personnel system of the University five days prior to the job start date. The units shall also submit relevant documents to the Student Assistance Division for data compilation. Monthly work logs of all part-time workers shall be reviewed and submitted to the Student Assistance Division prior to the fifth day of the following month.
六、 學生符合下列情形之一,本校優先提供工讀機會: (一)具我國國籍並符合下列資格之一者: 1.身心障礙者。 2.低收入戶或中低收入戶。 3.特殊境遇家庭。 4.原住民。 (二)清寒僑外生,由國際事務處審查,並證明其清寒狀況。 家庭突遭變故,致經濟發生困難之學生,經導師或系主任訪談確實有就學困難之事實後,由學生事務處生活輔導組負責安排工讀。 To select part-time workers, the University prioritizes students fulfilling one of the following conditions: (1) Students who are nationals of the Republic of China and are a. persons with disabilities, b. members of low- or middle-income families, c. members of families in hardship, or d. indigenous people. (2) Overseas or foreign students with financial difficulties shall provide evidence of their situation; the evidence shall be assessed by the Office of International Affairs. The Student Assistance Division offers part-time jobs to students experiencing difficulties as a result of domestic calamity. Their situation must be confirmed by their advisor or department chair.
七、 本要點工讀助學員額,每學期以八十名為原則,其中保留最多五名,提供給第六點第二項之學生提出申請。 工讀期間以每學年上學期九至十二月,下學期二至五月為原則。每月工讀時數,以三十二小時為上限。但經濟弱勢學生具有特殊情形者,經學生事務處生活輔導組審核通過,得提高至四十小時。 依本要點申請工讀助學金者,不得同時擔任其他勞務型兼任助理。 Part-time jobs are offered to a maximum of 80 students per semester, among which at most five vacancies are reserved for students fulfilling the requirements specified in Paragraph (2) of Article 6. Selected part-time workers work from September to December in the first semester and from February to May in the second semester in principle. These workers shall not work for more than 32 hours per month. However, economically disadvantaged students with special conditions are allowed to work for no more than 40 hours per month with approval from the Student Assistance Division. Individuals applying for part-time jobs in accordance with the Directions shall not simultaneously serve as part-time labor assistants.
八、 學生工讀項目,由各工讀單位妥善安排,以輔助性工作為原則,其項目如下: (一)行政單位工作:繕寫、打字及管理等。 (二)助理工作:管理研究室、實驗室、圖書室等。 (三)公共場所工作:管理教室及其他公共場所等。 (四)其他臨時性工作。 Tasks of part-time workers in the Directions are assigned by each unit and should comprise mainly assistive tasks such as (1) administrative tasks (transcription, typing, and management), (2) assistant tasks (managing research rooms, laboratories, and libraries) (3) tasks in public areas (managing classrooms and other public areas), and other temporary tasks.
九、 各工讀單位主管及督導人員,對於學生工讀期間,應予管理、督導及考核。 Managers and supervisors of all units concerned shall manage, supervise, and assess the performance of part-time workers.
十、 工作時所需工具,由工讀生向工讀單位登記借用,用畢即行歸還。如有損壞或遺失時,經查明原因後,得以全部賠償、部分賠償或免予賠償處理之。 Students shall borrow tools required for their jobs from the unit concerned, register them, and return them after use. Should damage or loss of tools occur, students shall claim part or all of the cost of the damage or loss or shall be exempted from compensation when the responsible parties are confirmed.
十一、 工讀生應完成校內聘僱程序始得僱用,並應簽訂僱用契約,僱用契約應載明聘期、工作內容、工作場所、工作時間、工作時數、薪資、差假、保險、申訴及相關權利義務等事項,並由工讀生及其工讀單位各自保管一份。 Part-time workers shall follow on-campus recruitment procedures and sign an employment contract. The contract shall specify the employment period, work tasks, work location(s), work times, work hours, salary, official leave, insurance, filing procedure, relevant rights and obligations, and so on. The student (part-time worker) holds a copy of the contract, and the corresponding unit holds the other copy.
十二、 工讀報酬依工作紀錄表之工時計酬。給付標準,依主管機關公告之基本時薪之規定辦理。 Salaries are issued on the basis of said working log (hourly rate). The payment shall be processed according to an hourly minimum rate stipulated by the competent authority.
十三、 本要點經行政會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。 The Directions and subsequent amendments come into effect upon approval by the Administrative Council.
