第一條　國立成功大學（下稱本校）基於學校及教師之專業，對學生品行操守與事實真相評比，依據本校學則第19條規定，訂定本辦法。

Article 1 These Regulations are established by National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) to evaluate student conduct based on the professionalism of the NCKU administration and faculty in accordance with Article 19 of NCKU Academic Regulations.

第二條　本校學生操行成績之評定，一本愛護青年之旨，審查事實，力求慎重，期收鼓勵之效。

Article 2 NCKU evaluates student conduct with a meticulous review of truths and facts based on its care for students to promote positive student behavior.

第三條　學生操行成績之評定，以 80 分為基本分數，學生於全學期未受懲戒處分者，由 80 分加至 85 分，再加減導師評分、獎懲分數，核計實得總分；以 95 分為滿分，超過 95 分者，由本校酌予榮譽之獎勵。

學生操行成績之等第分為五等：

一、90 分以上至 95 分者，為優等。

二、80 分以上不滿 90 分者，為甲等。

三、70 分以上不滿 80 分者，為乙等。

四、60 分以上不滿 70 分者，為丙等。

五、不滿 60 分者，為丁等。

Article 3. In the evaluation of student conduct, a score of 80 is set as the basis grade for student conduct. The score will increase from 80 to 85 as the grade for student conduct for those who are not disciplined during the semester. A basic score of 80 or 85, the points added or subtracted by the advisor and the points added or subtracted for rewards/penalties will be calculated into the final grade. A score of 95 is set as the highest grade. Students who score more than 95 points will be given honorary awards at the discretion of NCKU.

Grades for student conduct range in five levels as follows:

1.    Excellence for a grade of 90–95.

2.    A for a grade of 80 to 90.

3.    B for a grade of 70 to 80.

4.    C for a grade of 60 to 70.

5.    D for a grade of below 60.

第四條　學生如有獎懲事項，其操行成績之加減規定如下：

一、記嘉獎一次加1分，記小功一次加2.5分，記大功一次加7.5分。

二、記申誡一次減1分，記小過一次減2.5分，記大過一次減7.5分。

Article 4.  Points added for rewards and/or subtracted for penalties shall be calculated into the grade for student conduct as follows:

1.       One extra point is awarded for one commendation, 2.5 extra points for one minor merit, and 7.5 extra points for 1 major merit.

2.       One point is deducted for one reprimand, 2.5 points deducted for one minor demerit, and 7.5 points deducted for one major demerit.

第五條  學生操行成績評分計算方式為：基分(80 或 85) ±導師評分（加 3 至減 3）±獎懲分數=實得分數。。

Article 5. The formula for calculating grades for student conduct can be written as:

Basic Score (80 or 85) ± Evaluation of the Advisor (a maximum of 3 added points or a maximum of 3 subtracted points) ± Rewards and Penalties (added/subtracted points) = Final Grade

第六條　定期察看之學生，該學年之操行成績以60分計算。

Article 6.  The conduct grade of students placed on probation is consistently 60 for the academic year.

第七條　學生操行成績之評定，配合教務處學期成績作業，於學期考試結束前完成評定作業。

Article 7.  In response to the grading businesses handled by the Office of Academic Affairs, the conduct grade of students is finalized prior to the end of the final examination.

第八條　本辦法經學生事務會議通過後施行，修正時亦同。

Article 8. These Regulations shall be approved by the Student Affairs Council before taking effect. Amendments shall be processed accordingly.
