進用約聘教師實施要點

Directions for Appointment of Contract Faculty Members
一、國立成功大學敏求 智慧運算學院（以下簡稱本院）為因應教學及研究需要進用約聘教師，參照國立成功大學校務基金進用約聘教師實施要點，訂定本要點。
1. NCKU Miin Wu School of Computing (hereinafter referred to as the "School") establishes these Directions pursuant to the NCKU Directions concerning the University Endowment Fund for Appointment of Contract Faculty Members, in order to appoint contract faculty members for teaching and research needs.
二、本院及轄下各學位學程擬訂進用計畫書，呈院長同意後，循行政程序簽會研究發展處、教務處、人事室及主計室，並陳請校長核定後，由本院教師評審委員會辦理約聘教師遴聘事宜。
2. The School and each degree program council under the administration of the School shall prepare and submit a project proposal to the dean for approval; after that, it shall be co-signed by the Office of R&D, the Office of Academic Affairs, the Personnel Office, and the Accounting Office according to the administrative procedure; after it is submitted to the President for review and approval, the Faculty Evaluation Committee of the School will appoint the corresponding contract faculty member.
三、約聘教師聘任之申請，須檢附下列各款資料：
（一）簽奉核准進用計畫書。
（二）擬聘約聘教師簽辦表。
（三）履歷表。
（四）畢業證書或學位證書。
（五）著作目錄。
（六）服務證書。
（七）推薦函三份。
（八）其他足資證明資格之文件。
3. An application for employment of any contract faculty member shall be enclosed with the following data:
(1) A project proposal submitted for approval;
(2) A signature form of the proposed contract faculty member;
(3) Resume;
(4) Graduation certificate or diploma;
(5) List of publications;
(6) Service certificate;
(7) Three (3) reference letters; and
(8) Other documents supporting the qualification.
四、約聘教師之遴聘資格應符合教育人員任用條例相關規定；審查程序採二級二審制，由本院教師評審委員會辦理初審，通過後提送本校教師評審委員會審議。
4. The qualifications of contract faculty members for appointment shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Act Governing the Appointment of Educators. The review procedure is subject to the system of two-level two reviews. The Faculty Evaluation Committee of the School is responsible for initial review; upon approval, the application will be submitted to the Faculty Evaluation Committee of NCKU for review.
五、初審應檢附應聘教師面試會議紀錄及相關申請資料，由本院教師評審委員會審議。
5. The qualifications of contract faculty members for appointment shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Act Governing the Appointment of Educators. The review procedure is subject to the system of two-level two reviews. The Faculty Evaluation Committee of the School is responsible for initial review; upon approval, the application will be submitted to the Faculty Evaluation Committee of NCKU for review.
六、約聘教師之聘期、授課時數、報酬標準、差假、福利、保險、退休及其他權利義務等事項，以契約定之。

七、本要點未盡事宜，悉依相關法令規定辦理。
