一、國立成功大學（以下簡稱本校）為處理學生學業成績事宜，特訂定本要點。

1. These Directions are established by National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) to regulate the administration of academic grading.

二、本校自104學年度起，學生學期成績以百分制與等第制並列，授課教師成績以百分制輸入，由系統依「等第制與百分制單科成績對照表」(附表一)自動轉換等第成績。

2. Starting from the 2015-16 academic year, NCKU has adopted both a numerical grading system on a scale of 0 to 100 and a letter grading system to mark grades on the transcript. Instructors are required to use the numerical grading system to enter grades, which will be automatically converted to letter grades on the grading program in accordance with the Table of Equivalent Values between 100 Point Grades and Letter Grades, as shown in Attachment I.

三、學生各項成績排名均以百分制計算，學士班排名以學系為單位，學系如有分班，則增列班排名；惟建築系三年級以上僅提供班組排名，不提供系排名。延畢生之畢業（累計）排名與應屆畢業生合併計算，原各學期排名不變。研究生因研究專業領域不同，不作排名。

3.  Undergraduate students are ranked in the same-grade class by the 100 point grading system. Those in a sub-category class of the same-grade class are ranked in the sub-category class and the same-grade class, respectively. Those in a junior or higher class of the Department of Architecture are ranked in the same-grade class. Deferred students will be ranked in the graduating class for graduation (with their grades accumulatively calculated from the past semesters), while their class rankings for each semester will remain unchanged. Graduate students are not ranked due to their various academic specialties.

四、學士班學生學業成績排名分為學期成績排名與畢業成績排名二類：

(一)學期成績排名：當學期之同班級(組)學生，依據當學期學業平均成績排名。但當學期修習學分數未達9學分者，不納入排名。

(二)畢業成績排名：同學年度畢業之班級(組)學生，依據畢業成績排名。第一學期畢業生與同學年度第二學期畢業生一同排名。

4. Undergraduate students are ranked on the basis of class for each semester and for graduation:

  (1) Class rankings for each semester:

      Students enrolling in the same class/category for the same semester are ranked by grade average for the semester. Those who fail to complete a minimum of 9 course credits will not be ranked in the class.

  (2) Class rankings for graduation:

Students enrolling in the graduating class/category for the same academic year are ranked by grades for graduation. Those who graduate in the first semester will not be ranked in the graduating class until the second semester.

五、每學期成績排名，於次學期上課開始日起第三週開始前排定，學生名次排定後，不得再重新排名。

5.  Class rankings for each semester shall be completed by the third week of class in the following semester. Upon completion, class rankings shall not be changed.

六、學生歷年成績單之學期、畢業排名，依照學生於該班級(組)之成績比例作百分比排序，分為5%、10%、20%、30%、50%及75%，不顯示班級之絕對排名。

6. NCKU students shall be academically ranked in the enrolled class for each semester and for graduation by percentiles of 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 50% and 75%, instead of numerical-order class ranking indicators, on the transcripts.

七、本要點如有未盡事宜，悉依本校學則及有關法令之規定辦理。

7.  Matters that are not regulated in these Directions shall be administered according to the NCKU Academic Regulations and related rules.

八、本要點經教務會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

8.  These Directions shall be approved by the Academic Affairs Council before taking effect. Amendments shall be processed accordingly.
