一、 為正向鼓勵並促進住宿同學優良德行，增進參與宿舍公共事務及凝聚宿舍向心力，特依據國立成功大學學生宿舍管理規則訂定國立成功大學學生宿舍優良記點施行細則(以下簡稱本細則)。
1. To promote the morality of the students in the dormitory, enhance the participation in the public affairs and form cohesiveness, the National Cheng Kung University Enforcement Rules for Reward Points for Residents of Student Dormitories (hereinafter, “the Enforcement Rules”) are established according to the National Cheng Kung University Student Dormitory Regulations.
二、 住宿學生有熱心宿舍活動或行為之記點標準如下：
2. The following criteria describe dormitory activities or behaviors of enthusiastic students.
(一) 參加住宿服務組所舉辦之單次活動者，每參加1次記1點。
(1) Students who participate in events organized by the Housing Service Division get 1 point for each event.
(二) 參加宿舍各項活動比賽前三名得獎者，記2點。
(2) Students who are honored with the first three prizes in dormitory competition activities get 2 points.
(三) 參與宿舍志工服務者(每學期不得少於36小時)，每學期記6點。
(3) Students who participate in dormitory volunteer service (no less than 36 hours per semester) get 6 points for each semester.
(四) 其他足資獎勵之行為，記1～3點。
(4) 1 to 3 points will be given for other behaviors worth rewarding.
以上之記點，由學生宿舍輔導員或管理人員、服務幹部提出建議，經住宿服務組組長核定之。
The above points are recommended by the dormitory counselor, dormitory management personnel or dormitory service officer. Then, the points shall be approved by the head of the Housing Service Division.
三、 優良記點不須提出申請可抵銷優良記點之前之違規記點，惟不得抵銷之後之違規記點。
3. Reward points can be used to offset the previous violation points without applying for it. However, reward points are not allowed to offset penalty points in the future..
四、 優良記點累計點數列入爾後每學年併計之。
4. Reward points are accumulated in each academic year.
五、 本細則經學生宿舍自治委員會議、住宿服務組組務會議討論，送學務主管會議核定後實施，修正時亦同。
5. The Enforcement Rules were set by the Student Self-regulatory Committee and the Housing Service Division during meetings, and then approved by the Student Affairs Management Meeting. Any amendments shall be processed accordingly.
