國立成功大學總務諮詢委員會設置要點 National Cheng Kung University Establishment Directions for the General Affairs Advisory Committee |
108年4月19日校長核定 Approved by the president on April 19, 2019 一、國立成功大學總務處(以下簡稱本處)為研擬並提供本校校園規劃重大發展策略、重點與目標之諮詢,特設總務諮詢委員會(以下簡稱本委員會),並訂定本要點。 1. The Office of General Affairs (hereafter referred to as the office) of National Cheng Kung University (hereafter referred to as the University) established the General Affairs Advisory Committee (hereafter referred to as the committee) to develop and opine on major development strategies, focal points, and objectives of university campus planning. The following directions were thus established.
二、本委員會任務如下: (一)校園規劃建設之諮詢。 (二)古蹟與歷史建築保存與維護之諮詢。 (三)校園及周遭交通事項之諮詢。 (四)校園環境清潔與綠美化之諮詢。 (五)友善校園、安全校園之諮詢。 (六)資產管理與活化之諮詢。 (七)行政管理與電腦化之諮詢。 (八)其他總務發展重大事項及改善事項之建議。 2. The mission of the committee is as follows: (1) Provide consultation on campus planning and construction. (2) Provide consultation on the preservation and maintenance of historic monuments and historical structures. (3) Provide consultation on transportation affairs on campus and in nearby areas. (4) Provide consultation on the cleanliness and greenification of the campus. (5) Provide consultation on projects to create a friendly and safe campus. (6) Provide consultation on asset management and revitalization. (7) Provide consultation on administrative management and computerization. (8) Provide other suggestions concerning major issues and improvements of general affairs.
三、本委員會以總務長為召集人, 其餘委員五至七人,由總務長就校內外學者專家聘任之,聘期一年,得連聘之。 3. The vice president for general affairs shall convene the committee, and the committee shall have 5 to 7 members; the members shall be scholars and experts in relevant departments of the University or external to the University and appointed by the vice president for general affairs. The committee members shall serve a term of office of 1 year and may be reappointed upon the expiration of a term.
四、本委員會每學期召開一次為原則,必要時得召開臨時會議。開會時,本處各副總務長及各組組長應列席。 4. The committee shall convene a meeting once a semester; extraordinary meetings may be convened when deemed necessary. The associate vice president for general affairs, senior executive technical specialists, and all division directors of the office shall attend the meeting.
五、本委員會委員為無給職,校外委員(含本校退休教職員)得依本校相關規定支給出席費及交通費。 5. Committee membership is unpaid. Members from outside the University (including retired faculty or staff members) may receive attendance fees and transportation subsidies according to relevant regulations of the University.
六、本要點經本處處務會議通過,並簽請校長核定後實施,修正時亦同。 6. The directions were approved at the Office of General Affairs Meeting and approved by the president before implementation. The same process shall apply to all amendments to the directions. |
