一、國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)爲鼓勵學生參與校外競賽提升校譽,推廣社團風氣與發展課室外生活學習,特訂定本要點。 1. National Cheng Kung University (hereafter referred to as the University) has established these directions to encourage students’ participation in off-campus contests to improve the university’s reputation and promote the development of student clubs and learning outside the classroom.
二、本要點獎勵適用範圍為非體育性之國際性或全國性競賽活動,係指經學生事務處學生活動發展組(以下簡稱活動組)審議通過,並公告於本校網頁者。 2. The directions are applicable to non-athletic national or international contests that have been approved and published on the website of the University by the Student Development and Activities Division (hereafter referred to as the SDAD).
三、本校登記有案之社團社員,以本校名義代表參加國際性或全國性競賽活動,成績表現優異者均可提出申請。 3. Members of registered student clubs of the University who have represented the University in a national or international contest and obtained outstanding results are eligible to submit an application.
四、申請期間及方式如下: 4. Application time and procedure: Students clubs must submit their applications to the SDAD before April 30 or October 15 each year. The application must include the application form and proof of participation and awards. A reward will be granted and issued once the application has been approved by the Office of Student Affairs. Applications can only be made once per semester.
五、獎勵金核發方式原則如下: (一) 小型團體項目:八人以內之小型團體,公開組(與專業隊伍共同參賽)前三名分別頒發獎勵金新臺幣貳萬元、壹萬陸仟元及壹萬元;一般組(無專業隊伍參賽)前三名分別頒發獎勵金新臺幣壹萬陸仟元、壹萬貳仟元及捌仟元,得視參賽隊伍數多寡,酌予調整。 (二) 大型團體項目:九人以上之大型團體,公開組前三名分別頒發獎勵金新臺幣壹拾萬元、陸萬元及肆萬元;一般組前三名分別頒發獎勵金新臺幣陸萬元、肆萬元及貳萬元,得視參賽隊伍數多寡,酌予調整,每一競賽活動每學期限申請一次。 (三)國際性競賽成績獲大會總排名前三名者,依公開組核發標準,頒發獎勵金;主題類前三名者,依一般組核發標準,頒發獎勵金。 前項各款獎勵金調整比例為參賽3隊以下乘以0.1倍;4至8隊乘以0.3倍;9至16隊乘以0.5倍;17至32隊乘以0.8倍,33隊以上乘以1.0倍計算。 第一項競賽成績,如採等第制,特優以第一名計;優等以第二名計;甲等以第三名計。 5. Rewards are issued according to the following principles: (1) Small groups: A small group comprises no more than eight members. For applicants who place first to third in the open category, which means the competition is open to professional participants, the rewards are NT$20,000, NT$16,000, and NT$10,000, respectively. For applicants who place first to third in the general category, which is not open to professional participants, the rewards are NT$16,000, NT$12,000, and NT$8,000, respectively. The reward may vary depending on the number of participants in the contest. (2) Large groups: A large group consists of nine or more members. For applicants who place first to third in the open category, the rewards are NT$100,000, NT$60,000, and NT$40,000, respectively. For applicants who place first to third in the general category, the rewards are NT$60,000, NT$40,000, and NT$20,000, respectively. The reward may vary depending on the number of participants in the contest. An applicant can only apply for a reward once per semester for each contest. (3) Regarding international contests, applicants who obtain overall placement in the top three are reviewed and rewarded according to the open category standards; applicants who place in the top three in specific categories are reviewed and rewarded according to the general group standards. The adjustment ratio for the rewards mentioned in the previous paragraph is as follows: For events with fewer than 3 contestants, the reward is multiplied by 0.1; for events with fewer than 8 contestants, the reward is multiplied by 0.3; for events with 9–16 contestants, the reward is multiplied by 0.5; for events with 17–32 contestants, the reward is multiplied by 0.8; and for events with 33 or more contestants, the reward is multiplied by 1.0. If grading system is used in the contest, the first place will be considered "the High Distinction Award", the second place "the Excellence Award", and the third place "the Honorable Mention Award".
六、參加競賽活動已獲獎金者,不另給予獎勵。 6. Additional rewards will not be granted if the applicant has already received prize money from the contest.
七、參加競賽活動獲獎學生,得依本校學生獎懲要點提請敘獎。 7. Students who have received an award in a contest may request a commendation according to National Cheng Kung University Directions for Student Rewards and Penalties.
八、本要點所需經費由校務基金自籌經費項下支應。 8. The funds for these directions will be supported by the University Endowment Fund.
九、本要點經學生事務會議及校務基金管理委員會通過並簽請校長核定後實施,修正時亦同。本要點修正若未涉及校務基金經費之動支,免提校務基金管理委員會審議。 9. The Directions are passed in the Meeting of the Student Affairs Committee and the Meeting of the University Endowment Fund Management Committee, and are signed and approved by the president before implementation. The same shall apply to any amendments to the directions. Amendments do not need to be reviewed by the University Endowment Fund Management Committee if disbursement of the university fund is not involved. |
