第一條
國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)依據本校組織規程第十八條,設「國立成功大學行政會議」(以下簡稱本會議),並訂定本規則。
Article 1
In accordance with Article 18 of the National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as the NCKU) Organizational Regulations, the NCKU hereby establishes the Administrative Meeting of NCKU (hereinafter referred to as the Meeting) and enacts these Regulations.

 

第二條
本會議之組成依本校組織規程第十八條之規定。校長為主席,討論有關重要行政事項。
Article 2
The Meeting shall be set up according to Article 18 of the NCKU Organizational Regulations, with the President presiding as the chair and holding discussions on important administrative matters.

 

第三條
本會議審議下列事項:
一、行政規章。
二、重要行政事項。
三、校長交議事項。
Article 3
The Meeting shall review the following matters:
1. Administrative regulations and rules.
2. Important administrative issues.
3. Issues proposed by the President.

 

第四條
本會議由校長召集,每學期舉行一至三次,必要時得召開臨時會議。
Article 4
The Meeting is convened by the President once to thrice per semester. An interim meeting may be held if necessary.

 

第五條
本會議得視需要,由校長指定相關人員列席,並邀請學生自治團體推派二名代表列席。
行政單位組主任或組長,應否列席本會議,得另由各該單位主管決定之。
列席人員有發言權,無表決權。
Article 5
Depending on needs, the President may appoint specific related personnel to attend the Meeting and request student self-governing organizations to send two delegates to attend the meeting. Whether heads or subsection heads from administrative units are required to attend the Meeting is determined by the heads in charge of said units. These attendees have the right to speak but no right to vote. 

 

第六條
本會議開會時,應出席人員因故不能出席時,得由其職務代理人代理出席,並享有會議代表的權利及義務。
Article 6
A proxy may take a person’s place in attending the Meeting if the person is supposed to attend but is unable. The proxy shall enjoy the same rights and obligations as the person he/she represents at the Meeting.

 

第七條
本會議非有應出席人員過半數之出席,不得開議;重要提案表決非有出席人員過半數之同意,不得決議。一般提案表決,得採多數決。
Article 7
The Meeting shall not commence unless more than one-half of obligated attending members are in attendance. No resolution on important issues shall be passed without the approval of more than one-half of the attending members. Resolutions on general issues may be passed by a majority of votes. 

 

第八條
臨時動議須有出席人員附議即可成案,其決議依第七條規定辦理。
Article 8
Any proposal in an extempore motion session can be set as a case when any attending member seconds the motion. The resolution on such a case shall be handled in accordance with Article 7 of these Regulations.

 

第九條
主席對每一議案之審議,得於適當時機提請表決,並宣布其決議;表決方式由主席酌情採用舉手或投票等方式行之。
Article 9
The chair may propose at an appropriate time that a reviewed case shall be voted on and then announce the resolution. The voting method is at the chair’s discretion and can be show of hands or casting ballots.

 

第十條
本規則經行政會議通過後施行,修正時亦同。
Article 10
The Regulations shall be implemented upon approval by the Administrative Meeting. Any amendments shall be processed accordingly.
