國立成功大學各單位網頁檢視作業要點 NCKU Guidelines for Web Page View |

一、 國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)為提升各單位中英文網頁內容之正確性與豐富性,特依據本校網頁管理辦法,訂定本要點。 I. In order to enhance the accuracy and diversity of each unit’s web page in Chinese and English, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as “NCKU”) hereby established the Guidelines in accordance with the NCKU Web Page Management Regulations. 二、 本要點所稱本校各單位,係指編制內之一、二級行政、教學及研究單位。 II. Each unit referred to herein is included in the first and second-level administration, teaching, and research units of the organization. 三、 各單位中英文網頁應包含基本項目如下: (一) 單位名稱。 (二) 連絡資訊(單位地址、電話、傳真、電子信箱等)。 (三) 位置圖(交通資訊、地理位置等)。 (四) 回本校首頁之連結。 (五) 網站地圖。 (六) 可供下載編輯文件,放置ODF格式檔案;不可編輯文件,放置PDF格式檔案。 (七) 更新日期。 III. Each unit’s web pages in Chinese and English shall, at least, consist of the following: (1) Name of the unit. (2) Contact information (address, Tel. No, fax No, and email address of the unit, etc.). (3) Location map (traffic information and geographical position, et al.). (4) Link to NCKU’s homepage. (5) Sitemap. (6) Editable documents saved in ODF files are available for download; non-editable documents saved in PDF files. (7) Date of update. 四、 各單位依其屬性不同,中英文網頁之必要項目如下: (一) 行政單位: 1. 最新消息 2. 單位介紹 3. 業務職掌或服務內容 4. 相關規章 5. 表單下載 6. 相關連結 7. 常見問題 (二) 教學單位: 1. 最新消息 2. 單位介紹 3. 課程資訊 (1) 課程地圖(含校教育目標、基本素養、核心能力) (2) 在學生畢業學分數及必、選修課程列表 (3) 課程查詢連結 (4) 教師課程大綱上傳連結 4. 師資介紹 5. 軟硬體資源介紹 6. 相關規章 (三) 研究單位: 1. 最新消息 2. 單位介紹或設置辦法 3. 業務職掌或服務內容 4. 計畫團隊或核心實驗室(含人員介紹) 5. 研究成果 IV. Each unit’s web pages in Chinese and English consist of the following required items by attributes: (1) Administration units: 1. Latest news 2. Introduction 3. Functions or services 4. Laws & regulations 5. Downloads 6. Related links 7. FAQ (2) Teaching units: 1. Latest news 2. Introduction 3. Curriculum (1) Curriculum map (including educational goals, basic literacy, core competency) (2) List of graduation credits and required/elective courses (3) Course search link (4) Upload link of course outline 4. Faculty members 5. Hardware & software resources 6. Laws & regulations (3) Research units: 1. Latest news 2. Introduction or regulations for establishment 3. Functions or services 4. Team or core laboratory (including member profiles) 5. Research results 五、各單位應指派專人負責管理及維護所屬單位網頁,並將網頁管理人員名單提供予計算機與網路中心,以利網頁相關事宜之聯繫。網頁管理人員有異動時,應主動提供新管理人員連絡資料。 V. Every unit shall assign dedicated personnel to manage and maintain their web pages, and provide a name list of web page administrators to the Computer and Network Center for contact regarding its web pages. In the case of any personnel change among the web page administrators, the new administrators’ contact information shall be made available voluntarily. 六、單位網頁管理人員應配合事項: (一) 隨時更新網站資訊,檢視是否有過期或不合宜之資訊。 (二) 全校性或跨單位訊息,應主動發布至本校首頁公布欄或活動行事曆。 (三) 積極參與校內舉辦之網頁相關教育訓練或說明會,以瞭解本校網頁相關資訊。 (四) 執行單位網頁定期檢視作業。 VI. Requirements that each unit’s web page administrators shall follow: (1) Update the information on the website at any time to check whether there is any out-of-date or inadequate information. (2) School-wide or cross-unit messages, if any, shall be posted voluntarily on the bulletin or calendar of the NCKU homepage. (3) Actively participate in web page educational training or information meetings arranged by NCKU to learn new information about NCKU’s web pages. (4) Executing the operations of regular web page inspection for the respective units. 七、各單位應於每學期開學前一週完成單位網頁定期自我檢視作業,並將結果回報至單位網頁檢視平臺,由下列單位提供檢核意見: (一) 行政單位:秘書室檢核。 (二) 教學單位:教務處檢核。 (三) 研究單位:研究發展處檢核。 檢核作業完成後,如有缺失,應於二周內改善完畢。特殊情形無法於期限內改善者,應敘明理由。每學期之檢核成效,由計算機與網路中心彙整後,提送首頁管理委員會報告。 VII. Every unit shall complete their regular web page self-inspection a week before each semester begins, and feed the results back to the unit’s web page inspection platform to help the following units review: (1) Administration units: By the Secretariat (2) Teaching units: By the Office of Academic Affairs (3) Research units: By the Office of Research and Development Any deficiency found upon the review, if any, shall be corrected within two weeks. If deficiency cannot be corrected within the time limit due to special causes, the relevant reasons shall be given. The review results per semester shall be compiled by the Computer and Network Center and then submitted to the Homepage Management Committee. 八、本要點經首頁管理委員會通過後實施,修正時亦同。 VIII. The Guidelines shall be implemented upon approval of the Homepage Management Committee. The same shall apply where the Guidelines are amended. |
