第 一 條 國立成功大學系學會組織辦法(以下簡稱本辦法)係依據本校組織規程第四十五條訂定之。
Article 1 National Cheng Kung University Organization Regulations for the Student Association of Departments (hereafter referred to as the Regulations) were promulgated in accordance with Article 45 of the NCKU Organizational Regulations.
第 二 條 本校各學系應組織系學會,以辦理各該系之學生活動、聯絡同學情感、砥礪學業及培養愛系、愛校精神為宗旨。
Article 2 Each department in the university must organize a student association that will organize student activities, improve the relationships between students, encourage academic achievement, and enhance the sense of identification of students with their department and the university.
第 三 條 凡本校各學系在學之同學,均為各該系學會之會員。
Article 3 Students enrolled in each department are members of the corresponding student association.
第 四 條 各系學會應置會長一人,負責綜理各系學會之會務,前學期學業成績二分之一不及格者,不得為會長候選人;另置會員代表若干人,會長及會員代表任期皆為一年。
各系學會應協助產生學生議員。
Article 4 Each student association must have one president, who is in charge of the general affairs of the association; students who failed 50% or more of their subjects in the previous semester are not
permitted to be a candidate for president. Various representatives must also be elected. The term of service for the president and representatives is one year.
Each student association must assist in the election of student council members.
第 五 條 各系學會視行政之需要,得置學術、活動、總務、宣傳、公關等各組。
Article 5 In accordance with administrative needs, each student association may establish different divisions such as academic affairs, activities, general affairs, promotion, and public relations.
第 六 條 各系主任為各系學會之指導老師,如有必要得請該系教師協助。
Article 6 The director of each department is the advisor of the corresponding student association. Other teachers in the department may be asked to take over this role if necessary.
第 七 條 各系學會各項會之召開及會期,由各系學會另訂辦法。
Article 7 The convocation and dates of meetings of each student association are subject to the regulations promulgated by each association.
第 八 條 各系學會各項會費之收取及運用,由各系自行統籌。
Article 8 The collection and use of membership fees of each association are managed by each department.
第 九 條 各系學會組織章程應依本組織辦法訂定之,經全系會員大會通過,陳請各系主任同意並送學務處核備後施行,修正時亦同。
Article 9 The organization regulations of each student association must be promulgated in accordance with the regulations, passed in the general assembly of all members, approved by the director of each department, and be deemed effective by the Office of Student Affairs. The same shall apply to any amendments to said regulations.
第 十 條 本辦法經學生事務會議通過後施行,修正時亦同。
Article 7 The Regulations are passed in the Student Affairs Committee Meeting before implementation. The same shall apply to any amendments to the directions.
