第 一 條 國立成功大學系學會聯合會組織辦法(以下簡稱本辦法)係依據本校組織規程第四十五條規定訂定之。
Article 1 National Cheng Kung University Organization Regulations for the United Departmental Student Association (hereafter referred to as the Regulations) are prescribed pursuant to Article 45 of the University’s Organizational Regulations.
第 二 條 系學會聯合會(以下簡稱本會)由各系學會組成，各系學會會長為當然代表。
Article 2 The United Departmental Student Association (hereafter referred to as the Association) comprises all departmental student associations, and the association leader serves as the representative of each association.
第 三 條 本會設院理事會，院理事由各學院代表互選擔任之，任期為一年。
Article 3 The Association shall have an intercollege council, the members of which shall be elected by representative of each college for a tenure of 1 year.
第 四 條 本會置會長一人，於系會長大會選舉產生負責召集及主持每學期至少二次系會長大會，以及學期間之院理事會議。
Article 4 The Association shall have a president, who shall be elected during the general assembly of the departmental student association leaders. The president is responsible for convening and hosting two or more general assemblies of the departmental student association leaders each semester as well as any intercollege council meetings during the semester.
第五 條 本會之職責如下：
(一)協助學校及各系學會所舉辦之活動。
(二)處理與協調各系學會間之共同事務，爭取相關權益。
(三)促進各系學會間之聯誼與交流。
(四)學生會因故無法成立時，其出列席各種學校會議之職權，由本會行使之。
Article 5 The responsibilities of the Association are as follows:
(1) Assist with events hosted by the university and by departmental student associations.
(2) Handle and coordinate common affairs between the departmental student associations and advocate for the rights of students.
(3) Promote friendship and exchange between the departmental student associations.
(4) Attend university meetings on behalf of the Student Union in case it failed to establish.
第 六 條 本會組織章程應依本辦法訂定之，經系會長大會通過，送學生事務處核備後施行，修正時亦同。
Article 6 The Association’s organizational procedure must be promulgated in accordance with the Regulations, passed in the general assembly of all the departmental student association leaders, and be deemed effective by the Office of Student Affairs. The same shall apply to any amendments to said regulations.
第 七 條 本辦法經學生事務會議通過後施行，修正時亦同。
Article 7 The Regulations are passed in the Student Affairs Committee Meeting before implementation. The same shall apply to any amendments to the directions.
