第一條     本校心理學系 (以下簡稱本系)依「國立成功大學一貫修讀學、碩士學位辦法」，為鼓勵本校優秀心理學系大學生直接修讀本系之碩士班，特訂定本系一貫修讀學、碩士學位實行細則(以下簡稱本細則)。

Article 1  According to the NCKU Regulations for the Bachelor-to-Master Degree Continuing Program, the NCKU Department of Psychology Enforcement Rules for the Bachelor-to-Master Degree Continuing Program (hereinafter the Rules) are established by the Department of Psychology (hereinafter the Department) to encourage its outstanding undergraduate students to continue their graduate studies at the Department.

第二條     本校心理學系學士班學生修畢應修畢業學分達二分之一以上，在學已達六學期以上，前五學期之平均成績達全系前百分之五十以內者，且已修取本系之大部分必修專業課程者，得向本系申請為碩士班預備研究生(以下簡稱預研生)。

Article 2  Undergraduate students of the Department who have completed a minimum of one half of the number of credits required for graduation over a minimum enrollment duration of six semesters, who have ranked in the top 50 percent of the class by average grade for the first five semesters and completed most of the required courses in the undergraduate curriculum are eligible to apply to the Department to qualify as preparatory graduate students for its master’s program (hereinafter, prep MA students).

第三條     本系將以公開方式進行預研生之甄選。預研生公開甄選日期以該學年之下學期結束前後為原則。

Article 3  The Department shall select its prep MA students through an open auditing and screening process scheduled in principle for some time before or after the end of the academic year.

第四條     符合第二條規定之本校優秀心理學系學士班學生，得登記申請成為本系專任教師之預研生。本系將依全系排名之次序，進行指導教授之選填作業，直到各教授之最高額度額滿為止。

Article 4  Outstanding undergraduate students of the Department who have fulfilled the qualifications as prescribed in Article 2 may register with the Department office to apply to become a prep MA student to a full-time faculty member. The office will carry out an advisor-student assignment operation to fill the maximum student quota of each professor according to the undergraduate program ranking list of the Department.

第五條     每學年度本系收取預研生之最高額度為該學年度碩士班推薦甄試錄取名額之二分之ㄧ。聯合公開甄選前，得先公佈各個教授預計指導之預研生人數及各教師對學生之特別需求書。

Article 5  The maximum quota of prep MA students approved is set at half the quota of students admitted through the recommendation and screening-based admission examination for the current academic year. Before the selection of prep MA students in an open auditing and screening process, the Department office shall publicize a notice specifying the number of students assigned to each professor and the requirements set by each professor.

第六條     未經指導教授同意，預研生不得任意更換指導教授。預研生應依指導教授之指導，進行相關研究工作與專業課程選讀。

Article 6  A prep MA student shall not change the assigned advisor without prior approval from the assigned advisor.

第七條     本系之預研生應於學士班第八學期結束前取得學士學位，並必須參加取得學士學位年度之最近一次本系碩士班推薦甄試或一般生入學考試，經錄取後始正式取得該系碩士班研究生資格。

Article 7  Prep MA students of the Department shall receive their bachelor’s degree by the end of their eighth semester. Meanwhile, they are required to pass the recommendation and screening-based admission examination or the NCKU graduate programs entrance examination, held immediately in or after their last year of undergraduate studies, to become regular MA students of the Department.

第八條     預研生於本校大學期間所選修之碩士班課程(除本系碩士班「心理科學議題(1)」、「心理科學議題(2)」外)成績達七十分以上者，經指導教授同意後，可申請抵免三分之二為限之應修學分數(不含論文學分)，不受本校學生抵免學分辦法上限規定之限制。但研究所課程若已計入學士班畢業學分數內，不得再申請抵免碩士班學分數。學分抵免之申請程序應於入學當學期註冊截止日後一個月內向教務處申請之。

Article 8   Prep MA students of the Department who have completed any courses of the master’s program (except Seminar in Psychology (1) and (2) courses) with passing grades of 70 or above may apply for waiver of a maximum two-thirds of courses (excluding thesis credits) upon approval from the advisor. Their course waiver is not subject to the maximum requirement prescribed in the NCKU Course Credit Waiver Regulations. However, if the credits of their completed graduate courses have been included in the number of credits required for graduation from the bachelor’s program, they shall not apply for waiver or credit transfer of these courses. Applications for course waiver shall be submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs within one month after the deadline for registration in the first semester since their admission.

第九條     預研生正式取得本系碩士班學籍後，以一年畢業為原則。唯碩士學位之取得，亦應依教育部之規定，修滿碩士班畢業學分數(含抵免學分數)，並完成論文撰寫。

Article 9   In principle, prep MA students will be able to graduate from the master’s program one year after their admission as regular MA students. However, they shall complete the minimum number of credits (including waived credits) and thesis writing according to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education. 

第十條     本細則經本系務會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

Article 10 These Rules shall be approved by the Department Affairs Council before taking effect. Any amendments shall be processed accordingly.
