一、國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)為有效管理本校首頁及各單位網頁資訊,提升首頁品質與國際能見度,特依本校網頁管理辦法,設首頁管理委員會(以下簡稱本會),並訂定本要點。

1.To effectively manage and protect information on the home page and respective units'information on campus website and to increase the quality and international exposure of the homepage, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter referred to as the “University”) particularly establishes the Homepage Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) and these directions according to the NCKU Web Page Management Regulations.

二、本會審議事項如下:

(一) 本校首頁版型設計。

(二) 本校首頁分項標題、版面分配及管理權責分工。

(三) 本校各單位管理網頁之檢核。

(四) 其他有關本校首頁及各單位網頁管理事項。

前項第一款於本會通過後,送主管會報核定。

2. The committee review matters are as follows:

(1) The university homepage design.

(2) The university homepage item heading, layout and division of management responsibility.

(3) The checks of management webpages of each unit in the University.

(4) Other matters related to the management of the university homepage and the webpage of respective units.

Item 1 of the aforesaid paragraph will send to the executive board meeting to report for approval after passing by the Committee.

三、本會由下列人員組成:

(一)召集人:主任秘書。

(二) 副召集人:計算機與網路中心主任。

(三) 一級行政單位、學院、秘書室新聞中心代表各一人。

3.The Committee consists of the following members:

(1) Convener: Chief Secretary

(2) Vice Convener: the director of the Computer and Network Center

(3) One person from first-level administrative units, colleges and secretariat news center representative respectively.

四、本會行政事務,由計算機與網路中心辦理。

4. The administrative affairs of the Committee are managed by the Computer and Network Center.

五、本會每學期召開一次為原則,並得視業務推動需要,不定期召開會議。

5.The Committee meets once each semester in principle and may call for a meeting from time to time to reflect the needs in promoting related operations.

六、本要點經主管會報通過後實施,修正時亦同。

6.The Directions will be implemented after being approved by the executive board meeting, and the same for amendment.
