第一條

本校為配合研究及建教合作之需要,提升教學與學術研究水準,依據本  

校組織規程第十條規定,於研究發展處下設置「國立成功大學儀器設備中心」(以下簡稱本中心)

Article1

In order to meet the needs of research and industrial-academic cooperation, and to improve the standards of teaching and research, the NCKU has established the Instrument Development Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”) under the Office of Research and Development in accordance with Article 10 of the Organizational Charter of the University.

 

第二條

本中心之主要任務如下:

一、 整合及規劃共用儀器設備。

二、 提供儀器分析及分析技術之相關諮詢服務。

三、 支援設備製作與儀器維修及校正。.

四、 接受公民營機構委託檢測、分析與評估。

五、 培訓儀器分析與儀器維修人才。

六、 進行量測技術研究。

七、 研究其他與儀器相關課題。

Article2

The main tasks of the Center are as follows:

1.         To integrate and plan common instrument and equipment.

2.         To provide consulting service on instrument and analytical techniques.

3.         To support equipment manufacture, instrument maintenance and calibration.

4.         To do inspection, analysis and evaluation entrusted by public and private institutions.

5.         To train instrument analysis and maintenance personnel.

6.         To conduct research on measurement technology.

7.         To research other instrument-related topics.

 

第三條

本中心置主任一人,經研發長推薦副教授以上教師或同級以上之研究人 .員或專業技術人員,由校長聘兼之,綜理本中心各項業務,任期三年,得連任一次。

Article3

The Center is headed by a Director, who is an associate professor or above or a researcher or professional technician at the same level or above and is recommended by the Vice-President of the Office of Research and Development. The Director shall be appointed by the President to take charge of the business of the Center. The Director shall serve a term of three years and shall be re-appointed once.

 

第四條

本中心設審議委員會,由委員九至十五人組成,每年至少開會一次,負責審議本中心發展方針、工作計畫、經費預算、執行績效及工作人員考核等事項。研發長(兼召集人),中心主任為當然委員兼委員會執行秘書,其餘委員由研發長推薦人選簽請校長聘任,任期一年,得連續聘兼之。

Article4

The Center has an advisory committee composed of 9 to 15 members, who meet at least once a year to review the Center's development policy, work plan, budget, performance and staff assessment. The Vice-President of the Office of Research and Development (as convener) and the Director of the center (as executive secretary) are ex-officio members of the committee. The rest of the members shall be appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Vice-President of the Office of Research and Development. The members shall serve a term of one year and shall be re-appointed consecutively.

 

第五條

本中心設儀器分析、機電維修、及量測技術三組,各置組長一人。各組組長由中心主任推薦教師或研究人員經研發長簽請校長聘兼之。

Article5

The Center is divided into three major divisions, instrumental analysis, mechanical and electrical maintenance, and measurement technology. The Heads of Divisions should be a member of NCKU faculty or research fellow, recommended by the Director of the Instrument Development Center and approved by the Vice-President of the Office of Research and Development for the appointment by the President.

 

第六條

本中心置研究人員、組員、技士及貴儀稀少性科技人員若干人,處理本中心各項業務。所需人力於學校總員額內調配之。另因業務需要得經校長同意延聘校內外諮詢委員若干人。

Article6

The Center shall have placements for administrative staff, researchers, technicians, and specialists of instruments of rarity for the provision of professional services and research work. The personnel required shall be allocated within the total staff number of the University. With the approval of the University’s President, the Center may hire consultants on and off campus when necessary.

 

第七條

本辦法經校務會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。

Article7

These regulations shall be implemented after being approved by the University Council and shall be amended in the same manner.
