國立成功大學校園網路使用費退費要點
NCKU Directions for Refunding Campus Network User Fees

90.3.21第508次主管會報通過

Approved in the 508th executive board meeting on March 21, 2001

一、本校學生依「國立成功大學學生校園網路使用費收費要點」繳交之費用按本要點辦理核退。

1.     Fees paid by the students of the University in accordance with the “NCKU Directions for Collecting Campus Network User Fees from Students” will be refunded according to the directions herein.

二、學生休學時不予退費,復學時亦不再收費。

2.     The fees will not be refunded upon suspension of schooling for the student. They will not be collected again upon reentry, either.

三、學生退學時應於收到退學通知單後一個月內,主動至計網中心諮詢服務區申請退費(附退學通知單影本),逾期視同放棄。

3.     Students shall spontaneously go to the Computer and Network Center information desk to apply for the refund within one month after receipt of the dismissal notification (with enclosure of the photocopy of the dismissal notification). Past this deadline is considered an abstention.

四、本校學生退學時,其所繳交之校園網路使用費退費標準如下:

4.     For students dismissed by the University, the paid campus network user fees will be refunded according to the criteria below:

五、本校學生住宿學生宿舍因故退宿時,其所繳交宿舍網路使用費之退費比照住宿費退費標準辦理。

5.     For students of the University who live in the student dormitory but move out for some reason, the paid dormitory network user fees will be refunded according to the same refunding criteria for the dormitory fees. 

六、本要點實施對象為八十九學年度(含)以後入學之學生。

6.     These Directions shall apply to students accepted and enrolled after Academic Year 2000, inclusive.

七、本要點於主管會報通過後實施,修正時亦同。

7.   These Directions are to be enforced following approval through the executive board meeting. The same shall apply to their revisions.
