一、依教育部87年3月21日台(87)電字第87019503號及(88)高字第88085508號函文，並為貫徹使用者付費原則，加速更新本校網路設備及提昇本校網路服務品質，訂定本要點。

1. These Directions are established in compliance with the Ministry of Education Tai (1997) Computer No. 87019503 letter on March 21, 1998 and the (1999) Advanced No. 88085508 letter and for the sake of being consistent with the User-pays Principle, expediting renewal of network equipment of the University, and upgrading quality of the network service of the University.

二、本要點所稱「校園網路使用費」，包括下列三項：

（一）學生在校外撥接校園網路及在校園內各單位因課業及研究需要上校園網路費用。

（二）學生之電腦校內、外使用由校方取得授權使用之軟體。

（三）學生使用本校宿舍網路上校園網路。

2. Campus Network User Fees referred to herein cover the following three aspects:

(1) Fees for the students dialing up the campus network when they are outside of the university. And fees for the students who need to access the campus network, due to their schoolwork and research, when they are at respective units on the campus.

(2) The authorization of software used in the computer of the student on-campus and off-campus that is acquired by the University

(3) The students those who access the campus network through the University’s dormitory network

三、收費內容分為下列二項：

（一）本校學生於新生一年級（含研究生）入學註冊時繳交第二點第一項及第二項費用新台幣壹仟貳佰元整，以後不再繳交。

（二）本校學生住宿學生宿舍時，每學期繳交第二點第三項費用新台幣貳佰元整。

3. Fees collected consist of the following two items:

(1) Students of the University (including graduate school students) pay the fees in Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Point 2 upon enrollment in the value of NT$1,200 for their first year of studies. This amount does not need to be paid again thereafter.

(2) For students that live in the University’s dormitories, the fees in Paragraph 3 of Point 2 in the value of NT$200 are to be paid each semester.

四、本要點所收之費用本專款專用原則，第三點第一項所收之費用應全數應用於本校校園網路(含設備及線路)月租費、維修費、更新及汰換等費用。第三點第二項所收之費用應全數應用於本校宿舍網路(含設備及線路)維護費、更新、汰換及人事等費用。

4. Fees collected herein follow the principle of earmarked purpose. Those collected under Paragraph 1 of Point 3 shall be used exclusively to cover the monthly rental, repairing, renewal, and replacement, and so on so forth, of the University’s campus network (including the equipment and wiring). Fees collected under Paragraph 2 of Point 3 shall be used exclusively to cover the maintenance, renewal, replacement, and personnel of the University’s dormitory network (including equipment and wiring).

五、本要點經行政會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

5. These Directions are to be enforced following approval through the administrative meeting. The same shall apply to their revisions.
