一、 國立成功大學人文社會科學中心(以下簡稱本中心)為落實本中心設置辦法第二條所賦予之任務,並確保本中心研究品質,特依據「本校校務基金進用專案研究人員實施要點」第七點訂定「國立成功大學人文社會科學中心研究人員考核要點」(以下簡稱本要點)。 1. The Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter the “Center”) has established these Guidelines for Evaluation and Renewal of Researchers of Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter these “Guidelines”) in accordance with Article 7 of the Implementation Guidelines for Employment of Project Researchers with University Affairs Fund of the National Cheng Kung University in order to implement the missions under Article 2 of the Regulations of Establishment of the Center and to ensure the research quality of the Center. 二、 本中心研究人員(含博士後研究員)每年任期屆滿前二個月,需考核其研研究成果,並依據考核結果決定是否予以續聘。 2. The research results by researchers (including postdoctoral researchers) of the Center shall be evaluated in 2 months before the expiry of the term every year. A decision of the employment shall be made as to whether the researcher shall be renewed depending on the results of such evaluation. 三、 本中心教師及研究人員評審委員會對中心研究人員進行考核時,應綜合被考核人在被考核期間之研究與服務表現予以評分,且研究與服務各佔考核總成績之80%與20%,總成績達80分以上者始得予以續聘。 3. When the Review Committee for teachers and researchers of the Center performs the evaluation of researchers of the Center, scores shall be granted to the research and service performance of the evaluated person during the evaluation period on a consolidated basis. Research and service shall represent respectively 80% and 20% of the total evaluation scores. Researchers shall only be renewed if the total scores are 80 or higher. 四、 研究考核參考項目: (1)在具有審查制度之國內外期刊所發表之論文。 (2)經審查後發表於專書之論文。 (3)專書。 (4)國家科學及技術委員會研究計畫。 (5)學術研討會發表之論文。 4. Reference items for research evaluation: (1) Thesis published in domestic or overseas journals with the review system. (2) Thesis published in specialized literature after reviewing. (3) Specialized literature. (4) Research projects of National Science and Technology Council. (5) Thesis published in academic seminars. 五、 服務考核參考項目以校內外之各項學術服務為主。 5. Main reference items for service in the evaluation are various academic services within and outside the University. 六、 本中心教師及研究人員評審委員必須謹守保密原則,不得私自洩露與考核程序相關之委員名單和考核意見。考核決議內容由該會召集人告知被考核人。 6. Members of the Teacher and Researcher Review Committee of the Center shall be bound by the principle of confidentiality and shall not disclose any members list or evaluation comments related to the procedure of the evaluation. The decision about evaluation shall be provided to the evaluated person by the chairman of the committee. 七、 本要點經本中心審議委員會會議通過後公布施行,修正時亦同。 7. These Guidelines, including any amendment thereto, are published and implemented following approval by the meeting of the Review Committee of the Center. |
