一、 國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)為強化導師輔導功能,鼓勵導師熱心參與學生輔導,特依據本校導師制實施辦法,訂定本要點。 1. To strengthen the performance of mentors and encourage them to participate in student mentoring, National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter “the University”) formulated the present directions as per the Implementation Guidelines of the Mentor System.
二、 輔導優良導師係指在本校擔任導師工作一年以上,對學生輔導工作熱心參與,在輔導學生生活、學習與活動等著有成效,堪為表率者。 2. Excellent mentors refer to those who have served as a mentor for more than one year at the university, have enthusiastically participated in student counseling and guidance work, and have shown excellent performance on assisting students in their lives, learning, and other activities.
三、 全校「輔導傑出」導師之遴選,由本校「導師輔導工作獎勵委員會」(以下簡稱委員會)審議決定。 3. The Mentor Reward Committee (hereinafter “the Committee”) oversees selecting excellent mentors from the entire university.
四、 委員會召開會議時,得邀請相關學院院長或系主任列席。遴選委員(若為候選人則需迴避)須親自出席,不能委任他人代理;委員會須委員二分之一以上出席,始得開議,並須出席委員二分之一以上同意始可議決。 4. When the committee convenes a meeting, deans and department chairs may be invited to the meeting. Selection committee members must attend the meeting in person (those committee members who are candidates must recuse) and may not appoint a proxy. The committee cannot begin to deliberate unless greater than or equal to 1/2 of all committee members are present at the meeting. The committee cannot reach a resolution without the consent of greater than or equal to 1/2 of the committee members who attend the meeting.
五、 全校「輔導傑出」導師及各學院「輔導優良」導師之遴選,每學年辦理一次,獎勵名額及遴選程序如下: (一) 第一階段:各系所依據該系所或所屬學院自訂之遴選標準進行初審,推薦輔導優良導師若干名,以該系所當學年度導師人數7.5%為上限,比例名額若涉及小數點,採無條件進位計,提送所屬學院進行複審。被推薦導師應以主聘單位為薦送單位。 (二) 第二階段:由各學院自各系所推薦名單中,決定輔導優良導師獲獎名單,獲獎名額以該學院當學年度導師人數2.5%為上限,比例名額若涉及小數點,採無條件進位計。各學院應將輔導優良導師名單,提送學生事務處,辦理輔導傑出導師之遴選。 (三) 第三階段:由委員會就各學院提送之輔導優良導師名單,進行輔導傑出導師之遴選,獲獎名額以三名為限,若無適當人選得從缺。 全校不分系學士學位學程之輔導優良導師,由非屬學院每4年遴選1名為限,遴選相關事宜,由非屬學院辦理。 每年四月底前,各學院應將輔導優良導師名單及其有關學生輔導等相關資料,送至學生事務處心理健康與諮商輔導組。 5. The selection of an excellent mentor from the entire university and the selection of distinguished mentors from each college are conducted once per year. The selection and reward procedures of the distinguished mentor award are described as follows: (1)Stage 1: Each department selects preliminary candidates according to its self-developed selection criteria. The number of candidates shall not exceed 7.5% of the total mentor number in each department in the current academic year; if the percentage quota involves a decimal point, it will be calculated in unconditional rounds and submitted to the college to which the candidates belong for review. The main recruiting unit should be the unit recommending excellent mentors. (2)Stage 2: Each college selects second-round candidates from the preliminary candidate lists of all affiliated departments. The number of candidates shall not exceed 2.5% of the total mentor number in each college in the current academic year; if the percentage quota involves a decimal point, it will be calculated in unconditional rounds and submitted to college to which the candidates belong for review. The candidate list from each college should be submitted to the student affairs office to conduct the selection of distinguished mentors. (3)Stage 3: The Committee selects at most three distinguished mentors from the candidate lists of all colleges. It may leave the award vacant if no suitable candidates appear. At most one excellent mentor award is selected from Cross College Elite Program once every 4 years by nonaffiliated colleges. The relevant selection procedures are overseen by the nonaffiliated colleges. By the end of April of each academic year, each college shall submit a list of excellent mentor candidates and relevant student mentoring documentation to the Counseling and Wellness Services Division.
六、 獲全校「輔導傑出」導師者,頒發獎牌一面,每人獎金12萬元整;其餘獲各學院「輔導優良」導師者,頒發獎牌一面,每人獎金3萬元整,經費來源可從校務基金自籌款支應。 6. Each of those who are selected as distinguished mentors is awarded a medal and NTD120,000. Each of those who are selected as excellent mentors by various colleges is awarded a medal and NTD30,000. The expenditures could be paid by the university self-raising fund.
七、 獲全校「輔導傑出」導師者,三年內不再予以重複推薦;獲各學院「輔導優良」導師者,一年內不再重複推薦。獲頒二次「輔導傑出」導師者,視為終身輔導傑出導師,嗣後不再推薦。 7. Selected distinguished mentors at the university will not be recommended for the selection of distinguished mentors again within 3 years. Selected excellent mentors at various colleges will not be recommended for the selection of excellent mentors again within 1 year. Mentors who are selected as distinguished mentors twice are considered as lifelong distinguished mentors and will not be recommended for the selection of distinguished mentors again.
八、 獲全校「輔導傑出」導師者,由學校公開表揚,並將相關優良事蹟刊登學校刊物。輔導優良導師名單及全校「輔導傑出」導師名單將提供有關單位作為教師獎勵、升等之參考。 8. Selected distinguished mentors will be publicly commended by the university; their merits and good deeds will be published in university publications. The lists of excellent and distinguished mentors will be provided to related units and serve as a reference for reward and promotion.
九、 本校其他臨床教師得由所屬學院參照本要點進行遴選。 9. Colleges to which the clinical teachers belong may select excellent clinical teachers according to the directions.
十、 本要點經校務基金管理委員會及行政會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。 10. The directions are enforced after approval by the university fund management committee and administrative meetings, and the same shall be applied to any amendments thereto.
