一、國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)為獎勵各系落實導師制度,強化導師輔導功能,依據國立成功大學導師制實施辦法第十四條規定,訂定本要點。

1.  National Cheng Kung University (called the university hereafter), in accordance with Article 14 of the Implementation Regulations for the Mentor System at National Cheng Kung University, requires all departments to implement mentor systems and to reinforce counseling and guidance services provided by mentors.

二、本校為落實導師輔導工作之獎勵,組成「導師輔導工作獎勵委員會」  (以下簡稱本會),負責本要點獎勵審查事宜。

2.  To encourage mentors’ counseling and guidance work, the university establishes a committee for rewarding counseling and guidance work by mentors (called the committee hereafter). The committee is responsible for determining whether to reward mentors for their counseling and guidance work.

三、本會置委員若干人,學生事務長為當然委員兼召集人,各學院教師代表一人,若學院專任教師逾六十人者,得增置代表一人。各學院代表由各學院推薦,任期一年得連任。本會開會時,學生事務處各組室主管得列席之。

3.  The committee consists of multiple committee members. The vice president for student affairs is an apparent member and the committee convener. Other committee members include representatives of teachers at various colleges (one representative for one college). If the number of full-time teachers for one college exceeds 60, then an additional representative serves as a committee member. Each college recommends its representative. The term of office for each representative lasts one year and may continue for another year. When the committee has a meeting, the director of each division of the office of student affairs may be present.

四、本會於每年九月就學生事務處提供上學年度相關資料及各系提出補充資料,綜合評選「特優」、「優等」、「甲等」數名,核給輔導工作獎勵金。

4.  Every September, the committee selects distinguished, excellent, and commendable departments and grants the departments rewards for their counseling and guidance work according to the data for the last academic year provided by the Office of Student Affairs and supplementary data provided by various departments.

五、學生事務處依據「各系導師輔導工作獎勵評比給分標準」,檢送相關評選資料。

5.  The Office of Student Affairs provide relevant assessment data according to the scoring standards for rewarding mentors at various departments for their counseling and guidance work.

六、各系得依據前點規定提供補充資料,或其他相關資料。

6.  Various departments should provide supplementary data or other relevant data according to the aforementioned requirements.

七、獎勵方式:

(一)評選「特優」之各系,核給獎勵金新臺幣五萬元。

(二)評選「優等」之各系,核給獎勵金新臺幣三萬元。

(三)評選「甲等」之各系,核給獎勵金新臺幣二萬元。

前項獎勵金供作學生輔導之用,獲獎勵之系得自行決定經費運用,惟不得作為獎勵教師個人之用。

7.  The rewards are as follows:

         (1) The departments selected as distinguished departments are granted NTD50,000.

         (2) The departments selected as excellent departments are granted NTD30,000.

         (3) The department selected as commendable departments are granted NTD20,000.

         The rewards are used for providing counseling and guidance services to students. The departments that are granted rewards can determine how to use the rewards but cannot give the rewards to individual teachers.

八、學生事務處心理健康與諮商輔導組負責辦理本要點之各項行政業務。

8.  The counseling and wellness services division at the office of student affairs is responsible for various administrative services indicated by the directions.

九、本要點經行政會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。

9.  All directions (both non-amended and amended) take effect after they have been approved by the executive meeting.
