第一條 國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)為辦理學生修讀輔系事宜,依據大學法第二十
八條、大學法施行細則第二十五條、學位授予法第十四條及本校學則、研
究生章程有關條文規定,訂定本辦法。
Article 1 These Regulations are established by National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) to
administer minor program affairs in accordance with Article 28 of the University Act,
Article 25 of the Enforcement Rules of the University Act, Article 14 of Degree
Conferral Act, NCKU Academic Regulations, and NCKU Graduate Student Policies
and Rules.
第二條 本辦法用詞,除有特別加註說明外,定義如下:
一、學系:含所、學位學程。
二、碩士班:含碩士在職專班。
Article 2 The following terms, unless otherwise specified, are defined as follows:
1. Academic Program: undergraduate program, graduate institute program, and degree
program
2. Master’s Program: general master’s program and in-service master’s program
第三條 學士班學生得修讀本校或簽約他校其他學系學士班為輔系(學位學程)。
碩、博士班學生得修讀本校或簽約他校同級或向下一級輔系,不另授予學
位。但一般碩士班學生不得申請修讀碩士在職專班為輔系;碩士在職專班
學生不得申請修讀一般碩士班為輔系。
前二項各學制修讀輔系之申請條件,由各學系自訂之。
Article 3 NCKU undergraduate program students may enroll in a minor undergraduate program at
NCKU or at an NCKU-contracted university.
A student undertaking a master’s or doctoral degree program may enroll in a minor
program at the same level or at a lower level within NCKU or at an NCKU-contracted
university, but the student will not be conferred a separate degree.
Students undertaking a general Master’s program shall not be allowed to enroll in an inservice
master’s program for a minor program, or vice versa.
Applications for a minor program shall be regulated by each academic program.
第四條 本校學生申請修讀輔系者,學士班學生須經其主系及加修學系主任核准,送
教務處登記;碩、博士班學生須經主系及加修學系主任核准,以及指導教
授同意後,送教務處登記,並應符合下列規定:
一、申請期限:
(一)學士班:修讀滿一學年至修業年限最後一學年開始前(不含延長
修業年限)。但轉學生須就讀本校一學年後,始得申請修
讀輔系。
(二)碩、博士班:自第二學期起至第四學期開始前止。
(三)前二目申請期限及方式,依教務處公告辦理。
二、申請資格:符合各學系相關會議通過之條件規定。
Article 4 Applications for a minor program shall be approved by chairs of both program
departments and registered by the Office of Academic Affairs. Meanwhile,
applications submitted by master’s or doctoral students shall be approved by their
advisors, in addition to department chairs, and registered by the Office of Academic
Affairs. Applications shall be administered according to the following rules:
1. Application deadline:
(1) Undergraduate program students:
Applications shall be submitted during the period between the beginning of
their second academic year and the beginning of their final academic
year(within the regular duration). However, intercollegiate transfer students
shall not be allowed to apply for a double major until after their first academic
year at NCKU.
(2) Graduate program students:
Applications shall be submitted during the period between the beginning of
their second semester and the beginning of their fourth semester.
(3) Applications defined in the preceding Items (1) and (2) shall be administered by
the deadlines according to the regulations as specified and publicized by the
Office of Academic Affairs.
2. Applicant qualifications:
Applicants shall meet the qualifications designated in the regulations for minor
program enrollment approved by the related program.
第五條 各學系得基於不同基礎學生之需要,訂定不同輔系科目表,以利他系學生選
修。
Article 5 Each academic program shall designate its curriculum required for a minor study based
on the needs of enrolled students with various academic backgrounds.
第六條 學士班及碩士班學生加修學士班任一學系作為輔系時,應就該學系必修科目
表中指定專業(門)科目至少二十個學分,作為輔系課程,主系與輔系之相同
科目學分,不得兼充為輔系之科目學分。但是否同意免修由各學系認定,
其不足學分數,應另修專業科目學分補足之。
碩士班學生修讀其他學系碩士班作為輔系、博士班學生修讀碩士班或其他
系所博士班為輔系者,由各加修學系自訂應修科目及學分數。
前二項輔系應修科目及學分數,應經系院相關會議及校課程委員會通過後
實施。
轉系生及轉學生之輔系、主系科目學分,均應分別辦理學分抵免。
Article 6 Undergraduate students and master’s students enrolled in a minor undergraduate
program shall complete a minimum of 20 credits in the designated curriculum for a
minor study. Any course or credits completed in the major program shall not count as
a course or credits designated in the minor program. Should a course completed in the
major program be designated as a required course by the minor program, whether the
course can be exempted from the minor study shall be decided by the minor program.
As a result of course exemption, a student shall take another course to earn credits and
complete the requirement for a minor study.
Master’s students enrolling in a minor master’s program and doctoral students
enrolling in a minor master’s program or a minor doctoral program shall complete
required courses and credits designated by the minor program.
The curriculum requirements for a minor study specified in the preceding two
paragraphs shall be approved by department and college committees and the
university curriculum committee before taking effect.
Interdepartmental or intercollegiate transfer students shall process their applications
for course credit waivers separately for a major program and a minor program.
第七條 學生所修輔系學分應在主系規定最低畢業學分以外加修之。其選課與成績悉
依本校學則及研究生章程規定辦理。輔系科目應列入學期學業成績平均計
算。未修足輔系規定之科目學分,但其部分與主系相關者,得抵充主系最
低畢業學分。
Article 7 Students shall complete a minor program with its required course credits, which shall
not count into the minimum number of credits required by their major program for
graduation. Any course enrollment and grading system in a minor program shall be
administered according to the NCKU Academic Regulations and NCKU Graduate
Student Policies and Rules. Grades given to courses in a minor program shall be
calculated into the grade point average for each semester. Should students fail to
complete a minor program, credits for courses completed in the minor that are
academically equivalent to any courses in the major program may count into the
minimum number of credits required by their major program for graduation.
第 八 條 凡修滿輔系規定之科目與學分成績及格者,其畢業名冊、歷年成績表、學位證
書應加註輔系名稱。碩、博士班學生修讀同級或向下一級輔系須再加註班別。
Article 8 The name of the department in which a minor was completed shall be recorded on the
NCKU official roster of graduates, the academic transcript and degree diploma. In
case of master’s or doctoral students who completed a minor at the same level or at a
lower level, the name of the department and the level of the minor program shall be
specified.
第九條 選修輔系之應屆畢業生,已修足主系規定之科目學分,而未修足輔系規定之
科目學分時,如放棄輔系者,得准其畢業。但其學位證書不得加註輔系名
稱,且畢業離校後,不得要求返校補修其未修足之輔系科目學分,或發給
輔系之任何證明。
Article 9 Graduating students who have completed the graduation requirements designated by
their major program but who have failed to complete their minor program are allowed to
graduate should they withdraw from the minor. In that case, the minor program will not
be recorded on their degree diploma, but they are not allowed to complete their minor
program after graduation or be issued any minor program-related certificate.
第十條 選修輔系之學生,應於規定之修業年限內,修足輔系規定科目與學分,不得
申請延長修業年限。
Article 10 Students pursuing a minor shall complete courses and credits required for a minor
study within their regular academic study duration and shall not apply for further
extension.
第十一條 學士班學生修習輔系課程於規定修業年限內,學校需另行開班,應繳交學
分費。學生因修習輔系而延長修業年限,修習學分數在九學分以下者,
應繳交學分費;十學分以上者,應繳交全額學雜費。
碩、博士班學生修習輔系除須繳交主系學雜費基數及學分費外,應依修
習輔系學分數,繳交規定之學分費。
碩士班學生加修學士班輔系,學分費依學士班學分費收費標準收費。
Article 11 Students who enroll in a course additionally scheduled by the Curriculum Division to
complete their minor during their regular academic study duration shall pay credit
fees for the course. Those who have extended their duration of academic study to
complete their minor shall pay credit fees for enrolled courses with no more than nine
credits or pay full tuition for enrolled courses with more than ten credits in the
current semester.
Master’s or doctoral students pursuing a minor shall pay credit-hour fees for the
minor, in addition to the tuition and credit fees for the major.
Master’s students enrolled in an undergraduate program for a minor shall pay credithour
fees according to the payment standards of credit-hour fees for undergraduate
programs.
第十二條 本辦法如有未盡事宜,悉依大學法及其施行細則及本校學則有關規定辦理。
Article 12 Matters that are not regulated in the Regulations shall be administered according to
the University Act, the Enforcement Rules of the University Act and the NCKU
Academic Regulations.
第十三條 本辦法經本校教務會議通過,報教育部備查後施行,修正時亦同。
Article 13 These Regulations shall be approved by the Academic Affairs Council and ratified by
the Ministry of Education before taking effect. Amendments shall be processed
accordingly.
