第一條 國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)物理治療學系(以下簡稱本系)為辦理本系教師聘任初審事宜,依據本校教師聘任辦法,訂定本辦法。 Article 1 Department of Physical Therapy (hereinafter "the Department") at National Cheng Kung University (hereinafter "the University") formulates these regulations in accordance with the University's Regulations Governing Teacher Recruitment to handle the initial review process for faculty recruitment in the Department.
第二條 本系教師之聘任,應具備下列基本條件: 一、品德操守均佳及有足資證明之優良表現,對於學系之任務及發展有所助益者。 二、講師應具有下列資格之一: (一)曾任教並獲有部頒講師證書,而成績優良者。 (二)在國內外大學或研究所,得有碩士學位或同等學歷證書,而成績優良,並有專門著作者。 三、助理教授應具有下列資格之一: (一)曾任教並獲有部頒助理教授證書,而成績優良者。 (二)具有博士學位或其同等學歷證書,成績優良,並有專門著作者。 (三)具有碩士學位或其同等學歷證書,曾從事與所習學科有關之研究工作、專門職業或職務四年以上,並有專門著作者。 (四)曾任講師三年以上,成績優良,並有專門著作者。 四、副教授應具有下列資格之一: (一)曾任教並獲有部頒副教授證書,而成績優良者。 (二)具有博士學位或其同等學歷證書,曾從事與所習學科有關之研究工作、專門職業或職務四年以上,並有專門著作者。 (三)曾任助理教授三年以上,成績優良,並有專門著作者。 五、 教授應具有下列資格之一: (一)曾任教並獲有部頒教授證書,而成績優良者。 (二)具有博士學位或其同等學歷證書,曾從事與所習學科有關之研究工作、專門職業或職務八年以上,有創作或發明,在學術上有重要貢獻或重要專門著作者。 (三)曾任副教授三年以上,成績優良,並有專門著作者。 Article 2 The candidate shall fulfill the following requirements: 1. Possess excellent character and integrity as well as a certificate of outstanding teaching performance proving them competent for the position in the Department and beneficial to the Department’s development 2. Lecturers must satisfy one of the following requirements: (1) Have assumed a teaching role and received a lecturer certificate issued by the Ministry of Education proving their exceptional competence. (2) Have obtained a master’s degree or equivalent from a domestic or foreign university or graduate school with distinguished academic performance and publications. 3. Assistant professors should meet one of the following requirements: (1) Have assumed a teaching role and received an assistant professor certificate issued by the Ministry of Education proving their exceptional competence. (2) Have obtained a master’s degree or equivalent with exceptional academic performance and publications. (3) Have obtained a master’s degree or equivalent, 4 years of experience or longer in research work, professional practice, or a capacity related to the subject studied, outstanding academic performance, and specialized publications. (4) Have served as a lecturer for 3 years or longer with excellent performance and publications. 4. Associate professors should fulfill one of the following requirements: (1) Have assumed a teaching role and received an associate professor certificate issued by the Ministry of Education proving their outstanding performance. (2) Have obtained a doctoral degree or equivalent, 4 years of experience or longer in research work, professional practice, or a capacity related to the subject studied, as well as specialized publications. (3) Have served as assistant professor for at least 3 years with distinguished work performance and publications. 5. Professors should meet one of the following requirements: (1) Have assumed a teaching role and been issued a professor certificate by the Ministry of Education proving their exceptional competence. (2) Have obtained a doctoral degree or equivalent, 8 years of experience or longer in research work, professional practice, or a capacity related to the subject studied, and significant contributions to academia or in specialized publications. (3) Have served as associate professor for 3 years or longer with exceptional performance and significant academic publications.
第三條 前條所稱國內外大學或研究所,以公立及已立案之私立大學及研究所或經教育部認可之國外大學及研究所為限。 Article 3 Domestic and foreign universities mentioned in Article 2 are limited to public and registered private universities/graduate schools and foreign universities/graduate schools certified by the Ministry of Education.
第四條 教師聘任之申請,須檢附下列資料或證件: 一、 擬聘教師簽辦表。 二、 履歷表。 三、 畢業證書或學位證書。 四、 著作。 五、 服務證書。 六、 推薦函三份。 七、 其他足資證明之文件。 Article 4 Each candidate should submit the following documents and certificates to apply for a position: 1. Application form for the designated position. 2. Curriculum Vitae. 3. Graduate certificate or degree certificate. 4. Publications. 5. Certificate of service. 6. Three recommendation letters. 7. Other documents that sufficiently disclose the candidates' qualifications.
第五條 教師聘任之審查程序,初審由本系教師評審委員會審查,通過後向醫學院推薦;複審由院教師評審委員會審查,通過提送校教師評審委員會決審。 Article 5 The initial review is conducted by the Faculty Evaluation Committee of the Department. After the candidate passes the initial review, the candidate shall be recommended to the College of Medicine. A second review is conducted by the College-Level Faculty Evaluation Committee. Candidates who pass the second review shall be recommended to the University-Level Faculty Evaluation Committee for the final review.
第六條 教師聘任以每學期辦理一次為原則,並以每學期開始(二月一日或八月一日)為起聘日期。 Article 6 Teacher employment shall be conducted only once at the beginning of each semester (i.e., February 1 or August 1).
第七條 教師聘任經系初審通過後,本系應將有關資料向院提出,複審通過後,應將有關資料向人事室提出。人事室彙整後提校教師評審委員會,經討論通過後簽請校長核發聘任職級之聘書。 Article 7 Data of the candidates who pass the initial review of the Department shall be submitted to the College. Data of the candidates who pass the second review of each college shall be submitted to the Personnel Office, which is responsible for organizing the information before forwarding it to the University-Level Faculty Evaluation Committee. Subsequently, the committee forwards the information to the president for the issuance of certificates of appointment on which ranks are specified.
第八條 以學位辦理聘任助理教授或講師者,如為境外學歷,應由本系依「大學辦理國外學歷採認辦法」、「大陸地區學歷採認辦法」、「香港澳門學歷檢覈及採認辦法」之規定審核,其修讀碩士或博士之修業時間如符合規定,由系教師評審委員會比照升等辦法辦理專門著作(或學位論文)外審作業,外審結果彙提院、校級教師評審委員會完成聘任程序。 經本系審核,其修讀碩士或博士之修業時間不符合規定者,得專案提三級教師評審委員會討論,獲同意辦理著作外審者,由教務處比照升等辦法,將其論文、個人著作或作品送外審,外審結果彙提院、校級教師評審委員會完成聘任程序。 外審作業應於本辦法第六條規定之時限前完成。相關前置作業,聘任單位應視作業所需時間提前辦理。 聘任程序完成,依規定檢件由人事室報請教育部備查及核發教師證書,年資以教育部核定年月起算。 Article 8 The Department shall review the assistant professor/lecturer candidates who submit a foreign degree as their proof of educational attainment according to the Regulations Governing the Assessment and Recognition of Foreign Academic Records by Institutions of Higher Education, Regulations Governing the Assessment and Recognition of Mainland Chinese Academic Records, and Regulations Governing the Examination and Recognition of Educational Records from Hong Kong and Macao (hereinafter the Regulations Governing the Assessment and Recognition). Candidates whose duration of study for their master’s or doctoral degree complies with regulations shall undergo an external review of their specialized publications or dissertations. This is conducted by the Department’s Faculty Evaluation Committee in accordance with the University’s procedure for faculty promotion, and the obtained results shall be forwarded to the College- and University-Level Faculty Evaluation Committee to complete the recruitment. For master’s or doctoral degree students whose length of study does not meet the regulations, they may be reported as special cases to the Third-Level Faculty Evaluation Committee for discussions. After approval of the committee, an external review of the candidates’ publications may be conducted. Their respective colleges may reference the faculty promotion procedure shall submit the dissertations, individual publications, and academic works of the candidates for external review, the results of which are forwarded to the College- and University-Level Faculty Evaluation Committee to complete the recruitment. External review shall be completed by the deadline stipulated in Article 6 of the regulations. The recruiting unit shall conduct relevant preprocessing operations in advance according to the estimated time required for the entire process. After the completion of the recruitment, the reviewed cases shall be reported by the Personnel Office to the Ministry of Education for future reference and issuance of teacher certificates. Years of teaching will be calculated pursuant to the month and year ratified by the Ministry of Education.
第九條 非以學位辦理聘任且尚未獲有擬聘任職級之教師證書者,本系應於九月十五日(二月一日起聘)或三月十五日(八月一日起聘)前將有關資料送醫學院審理。再由教務處,比照升等辦法辦理著作外審,外審結果彙提校教師評審委員會,經通過簽請校長核定後依規定檢件報請教育部核備及核發教師證書,年資以教育部核定年月起計。 Article 9 For candidates who have not applied for positions using their degrees and who have not obtained teacher certificates of the required ranks, the Department shall submit the relevant documents to the College of Medicine for review by September 15 (for appointments starting February 1) or March 15 (for appointments starting August 1). The Office of Academic Affairs may reference the faculty promotion procedure and perform external reviews of the candidates’ publications. The external review results will be forwarded to the University-Level Faculty Evaluation Committee, and then to the president for ratification. Finally, the reviewed cases will be reported to the Ministry of Education for future reference and issuance of teacher certificates. The years of teaching will be calculated pursuant to the month and year ratified by the Ministry of Education.
第十條 本辦法未盡事宜,悉依本校教師聘任辦法及相關規定辦理。 Article 10 Matters not specified in these regulations shall be handled in accordance with the University's Regulations Governing Teacher Recruitment and other relevant regulations.
第十一條 本辦法經系務會議通過,報請院長核定轉校教師評審委員會核定後施行,修正時亦同。 Article 11 The regulations shall be implemented upon ratification by the University-Level Faculty Evaluation Committee, after passed by the Department Affairs Council and submitted to the Dean for approval. The same shall apply to all subsequent amendments.
The Regulations were translated from the original Chinese. In the event of any discrepancies between the two versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
