國立成功大學製造資訊與系統研究所鼓勵在學生參加英語檢定考試補助要點
一、主旨：國立成功大學製造資訊與系統研究所(以下簡稱本所)為提升學生國際交流競爭力，積極鼓勵學生參與外語檢定相關考試，特訂定本要點。
二、經費來源：本校高教深耕經費、本所管理費、業務費或獎助學金。
三、補助對象：本所學生於在學期間參加考試通過領有證書者。
四、補助項目：
學生參加全民英檢(GEPT)、外語能力測驗(FLPT) 、培力英語能力檢定測驗(BESTEP)、大學校院英語能力測驗(CSEPT)、劍橋大學英語能力認證分級測驗 (Cambridge Main Suite)、劍橋大學國際商務英語能力測驗(BULATS)，多益(TOEIC)、托福(TOEFL)、國際英語能力測驗(IELTS)等英語檢定考試。
五、補助方式：學生參加考試並取得證書後，即可向本所所辦公室提出申請獎勵，其標準如下：
通過中高級或相當中高級之檢定，獎勵金為2000元。
通過高級或相當高級之檢定，獎勵金為8000元。
六、申請期限：學生應於提出畢業論文考試申請前一個月，將申請及證明文件送達本所辦公室。
七、申請補助時須備齊以下資料：
（一）報名費收據（須為主辦單位正式核發之收據）。
（二）證書影本或其他合格證明。
（三）補助申請表。
八、本要點經所務會議通過後實施，修正時亦同。

Guidelines for Subsidizing Students’ Participation in English Proficiency Tests

Article 1 – Purpose
To enhance students’ international competency and encourage participation in foreign language proficiency examinations, the Institute of Manufacturing Information and Systems (hereinafter referred to as “the Institute”) establishes these guidelines.
Article 2 – Funding Sources
The subsidies shall be funded by the University’s Higher Education Sprout Project budget, the Institute’s administrative funds, operational funds, or scholarships.
Article 3 – Eligibility
Students currently enrolled in the Institute who pass an approved foreign language proficiency test and obtain an official certificate.
Article 4 – Eligible Tests
Subsidies apply to the following examinations:
- General English Proficiency Test (GEPT)
- Foreign Language Proficiency Test (FLPT)
- BESTEP English Proficiency Test
- College Student English Proficiency Test (CSEPT)
- Cambridge Main Suite Examinations(BULATS)
- Business Language Testing Service (BULATS)
- TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS
Article 5 – Subsidy Standards
Students may apply for subsidies upon presenting proof of passing the examination:
NT$2,000 for passing an intermediate-high level or equivalent level
NT$8,000 for passing an advanced level or equivalent level
Article 6 – Application Deadline
Students must submit the required documents to the Institute Office at least one month before applying for their thesis/dissertation oral examination.
Article 7 – Required Documents
Applicants must provide the following:
1. Examination fee receipt (official receipt issued by the organizing institution)
2. A copy of the official certificate or other proof of passing
3. Subsidy Application Form

These guidelines shall be implemented upon approval by the Institute Affairs Meeting. Amendments shall follow the same procedure.
