國立成功大學雲端計算服務管理要點 NCKU Directions for Cloud Computing Service Management |

一、 國立成功大學計算機與網路中心(以下簡稱本中心)為落實本校節能減碳政策,提供另一種電腦或伺服器運算供應方式,特訂定本要點。 1、 The NCKU Computer and Network Center (hereinafter referred to as the “Center”) particularly establishes these Directions in order to fulfill the University’s energy-saving and carbon reduction policy and to provide another way of supplying computers or server computing. 二、 本要點所稱雲端計算服務(以下簡稱本服務),係指使用者可依其需要,經由本中心網路取得計算、網路、儲存等資源之服務模式。 2、 The cloud computing service referred to herein (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) is the service mode that users may have access to the computing, networking, and storage resources through the Center’s network according to their needs. 三、 本服務提供給本校(或連線機關、學校)各單位、系所、教師及研究人員使用,管理及使用方式應符合教育部部頒「臺灣學術網路管理規範」,不得有違反本服務設置目的之行為。如有違法行為,使用人應依相關法令規定,自負法律責任。 3、 The Service is available for respective units, departments/graduate institutes, faculty and researchers of the University (or connected agencies and schools) and hence its management and utilization shall comply with the Taiwan Academic Network Management Directions promulgated by the Ministry of Education. Acts violating the purpose of establishment of the Service are disallowed. In cases of illegal acts, the users shall be held solely liable before the law as required by applicable ordinances. 四、 本服務採使用者付費原則,使用人得以研究計畫中編列雲端計算使用費、計算機使用費、計畫結餘款、系所管理費或相關費用支付。 4、 The Service adopts the User-pays Principle. The user may pay according to the cloud computing user fees, computer user fees, program balance, department/graduate institute management fees, and related fees listed in the research proposal. 五、 本服務之種類、計價單位及收費標準另訂之。收費標準之訂定,以收支平衡為原則,經本中心計算機委員會審議通過後實施,修正時亦同。 5、 The types available, valuation unit, and fees collection criteria of the Service are to be stipulated separately. Fees collection criteria are established on the principle of making ends meet and will be enforced after they are reviewed and approved by the Computer Committee of the Center. The same shall apply to their revisions. 六、 本服務申請方式,分為線上與紙本兩種。申請人須於申請表中選取服務種類、數量及使用時間等,經審核通過後,本中心依訂定起始日期啟動服務,並將核准使用通知、使用明細與費用帳單,以電子郵件寄送使用人。使用人須於收到通知60日內完成繳費手續,始可繼續使用本服務。期限內未完成繳費手續者,即停止服務,收回使用權限。 6、 There are online and paper-based applications available for the Service. The applicant needs to select the type, quantity, and duration of use of the Service in the application form. Once it is reviewed and approved, the Center activates the Service on the established start date and the use notification, use detail, and bills that are approved will be sent to the user by email. Users have to complete the payment process within 60 days upon receipt of notification in order to continue using the Service. Failure to complete the payment process by the given timeframe, the Service will be discontinued and the access authority is recalled. 七、 本服務之收入以專款專用為原則,用於支付本服務相關之系統開發、設備擴充、故障排除、汰舊換新與人員雇用等事項。 7、 Income for the Service follows the principle of earmarked purpose. It will be used in system development, equipment expansion, troubleshooting, replacement and renewal, and hiring personnel that are related to the Service. 八、 本要點經行政會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。 8、 The Directions are to be enforced following approval through the administrative meeting. The same shall apply to their revisions. |
