第一條       國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)為提倡藝文風氣,培養校園及社區人文藝術視野,特依據本校組織規程第八條規定,設國立成功大學藝術中心(以下簡稱本中心)。

Article 1  This policy is to promote the cultural and artistic atmosphere, furthermore, to cultivate the vision of humanities and arts on campus and communities. Therefore, National Cheng Kung University ("NCKU") hereby establishes the Art Center in NCKU (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") in accordance with Article 8 of Organization regulations of NCKU.

 

第二條       本中心設下列三組,職掌如下:

Article 2  The Center consists of the following divisions serving the following functions:

一、展覽組:藝術文物展覽、典藏及相關學術研究。

1. Exhibition Division: Exhibition, collection and related academic research of artistic cultures and heritage.

二、演藝組:音樂、戲劇及舞蹈等藝術之表演及相關學術研究。

2. Performance Division: Performing arts and related academic research of such as music, drama and dance.

三、教育組:藝術品之習作、藝文教育之推展及各項通識中心推介藝文科目等。

3. Education Division: Practice of artwork, implementation of artistic education, and all recommended projects of the cultural and artistic subjects included in General Knowledge Center.

 

第三條       本中心置中心主任一人,由校長聘請本校專任教授兼任之,掌理中心事務,任期四年,得續聘一次。

Article 3  The Center shall have a director appointed by the President of NCKU among the full-time professors in NCKU. The director shall be in charge of the affairs. Tenure of the director is four years. The director is with a term limit of two terms (totaling eight years).

 

第四條       各組置組長一人,監督各組業務之執行,由中心主任報請校長聘請本校適當人員兼任之,並得依需要置行政及技術人員若干人。

Article 4  Each Division shall have one Chief responsible for supervising the Division's affairs.  The Chief shall be concurrently qualified as the competent personnel in NCKU, appointed by the President of NCKU. Meanwhile, several administrative and technical personnel may be appointed, if necessary.

 

第五條       本中心設諮詢委員會,就本中心之發展方向及重大事項提供建議。諮詢委員會由本校校長擔任主任委員,並由校長聘請校內外相關人士十二至二十人為委員,任期一年,得連任之,並置執行秘書一人,由中心主任兼任。諮詢委員會每年至少召開一次會議,必要時,得召開臨時會議。諮詢委員會委員均為無給職,但校外委員得依規定支給出席費、交通費。

Article 5  The Center may establish its Advisory Committee dedicated to providing suggestions on the Center's development, orientation, and important motions. The Chairman of the Advisory Committee shall be served by the President of NCKU. The Committee shall consist of 12 to 20 on-campus/off-campus members in the relevant field, appointed by the President of NCKU. The members shall hold the position for the term of office in the period of one year and they may be re-appointed. The Committee may have one executive secretary who is served by the Director of the Center concurrently. The Advisory Committee shall hold the meeting for at least once per year, and may hold a special meeting whenever it is necessary. The Committee members shall hold the position without pay, however, provided that the non-campus members may claim attendance fees and transportation subsidy pursuant to the relevant requirements.

 

第六條       本辦法經本校校務會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。

Article 6  These Regulations shall be effective after being approved by a meeting of the University Affairs Council. The same shall be applied where the regulations are amended.
