第一條

依據本校組織章程第二十四條第一項第二十二款規定,設校園交通管理委員會(以下簡稱本委員會),並訂定本辦法。

Article 1

The Campus Traffic Management Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Committee”) is set up in accordance with Article 24, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 22 of the organic regulations of National Cheng Kung University, and the Regulations are established accordingly.

第二條

本委員會設立宗旨,以配合校園規劃,審議本校機動車輛管制辦法之研修及車輛管理問題,從事本校交通整體規劃先期作業,以維護校園秩序,促進校園安全為目標。

Article 2

The purpose of the Committee is to review the draw-up of the NCKU motor vehicle control regulations in line with campus plans, deal with vehicle management issues, and implement the preliminary tasks for the overall traffic planning of the university in order to maintain the order and enhance the safety in the campus.

第三條

本委員會置委員若干名,任期一年,期滿得連任。由左列人員組成之。委員組成如下:

一、當然委員:總務長(兼召集人)、學務長、成大醫院總務室主任。

二、遴聘委員:院推薦代表各一人、職工遴選代表各一人、專業人員三人由交管系、建築系和都計系教師擔任。

三、學生委員:學生會推舉二人擔任。

Article 3

The Committee is set up with a number of members for a term of one year with the possibility of renewal. The Committee is comprised of the following members:

1. Ex-officio member: Vice President for General Affairs (Convener), Vice President for Student Affairs, Director of NCKUH Department of General Business.

2. Appointed member: One representative recommended by each college, one representative from the workers and staff members respectively, three teachers from the Department of Transportation and Communication Management Science, Department of Architecture and Department of Urban Planning, respectively, as the representative of the professionals.

3. Student member: Two representatives recommended by the student association.

第四條 本委員會每學期召開常會一次,必要時得召開臨時會議。當然委員不克出席時,得指派職務代理人代理。

Article 4

The Committee holds a regular meeting once every semester. Special meetings may be held if needed. An ex-officio member who is not able to be present at the meeting may designate a deputy.

第五條 本委員會開會時,由召集人擔任會議主席。召集人不克出席時,由當然委員或遴聘委員中,推選一人擔任主席。

Article 5

The Convener acts as the chairperson when the Committee holds a meeting. Where the Convener is not able to be present at the meeting, a chairperson shall be elected from among the ex-officio or appointed members.

第六條 本委員會審議事項如下:

一、本校車輛行駛校區管制辦法之研修。

二、停車場管理規劃作業。

三、車輛管理問題之溝通協調。

四、校園交通規劃先期作業。

五、研議有關車輛通行費,違規罰款等收取標準。

六、其他有關車輛管理重要事項。

Article 6

The Committee reviews the following affairs:

1. Establishment and amendment of the Regulations on the Control of Vehicles Driving on Campus at National Cheng Kung University.

2. Management and planning of parking lots.

3. Communication and coordination with respect to vehicle management issues.

4. Preliminary tasks for the overall traffic planning of the university

5. Discussion of the charging standards for car pass fees and fines in case of violations.

6. Other matters of significance with respect to the management of vehicles.

第七條 本辦法經行政會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。

Article 7

The Regulations and any amendments thereto shall take effect upon approval at the administrative meeting.
