National Cheng Kung University Regulations Governing Establishment of the University Affairs Advisory Committee

第一條       國立成功大學(以下簡稱本校)為提升校務發展、博諮眾議,依據本校組織規程第二十四條規定,設「國立成功大學校務諮詢委員會」(以下簡稱本委員會),並訂定本辦法。

Article 1     National Cheng Kung University Regulations Governing the Establishment of the University Affairs Advisory Committee (the “Regulations”) is established in accordance with Article 24 of the Articles of Association of National Cheng Kung University (the “University”) to improve the development of university affairs and collect ideas and opinions from all sources. 

 

第二條       本委員會任務如下:

                   一、校務發展計畫之諮詢。

                   二、校務發展方向之諮詢。

                   三、推動校務改善事項之建議。

                   四、其他校務發展重大事項。

Article 2     The University Affairs Advisory Committee (the “Committee”) has the mission as follows:

1. Consultation on the University’s development plan

2. Consultation on the direction of the University’s development.

3. Recommendation on promoting the University improvement.

4. Other significant matters of the University’s development.

 

第三條       本委員會以校長為召集人,研發長為當然委員兼執行秘書,其餘委員七至十三人,由校長就國內外學者專家聘任之,聘期一年,得連聘之。

本委員會得設學術研究組與產學鏈結組二組,學術研究組由生醫、理工、人社三小組組成,產學鏈結組由相關專業人士組成。

Article 3     The President is the convener of the Committee, the Vice President of Research and Development is the apparent member and executive secretary. The remaining seven to thirteen members are appointed by the President from domestic and foreign scholars and experts for a period of one year and can be re-appointed.

The Committee consists of an academic research group and a university-industry chain group. The academic research group consists of three groups: biomedical, science-engineering, and human society. The university-industry chain consists of relevant professionals.

 

第四條       本委員會每年召開一次為原則,必要時得召開臨時會議。開會時,得邀請有關單位人員報告或列席。

Article 4     The Committee convenes at least once a year and may convene an emergency meeting as needed. During the meeting, the relevant personnel may be invited to report or attend.

 

第五條       本委員會委員為無給職,校外委員得依本校相關規定支給出席費及交通費。

Article 5     The Committee Member is a non-compensated position. However, the external Committee Members can be compensated for the attendance fee and transportation fee in accordance with relevant directions.

 

第六條       本委員會行政事務,由研究發展處承辦。

Article 6     The Office of Research and Development is responsible for the administrative affairs of the Committee.

 

第七條       本辦法經行政會議通過後施行,修正時亦同。

Article 7     The Regulations shall be enforced upon approved by the Administrative Meeting. The same shall apply where the Articles are amended.
