一、國立成功大學總務處(以下簡稱本處)為有效管理所轄活動場地,特依國立成功大學集會場所管理辦法第三條規定,訂定本要點。

1.This set of directions is promulgated by the Office of General Affairs of National Cheng Kung University (hereafter referred to as the Office) to effectively manage the event venues under the Office’s jurisdiction in accordance with Article 3 of the National Cheng Kung University Meeting Site Regulations.

二、本要點所稱活動場地,如下:
(一)光復校區國際會議廳(含第一、二、三演講室)。
(二)光復校區成功廳(含東面廣場)。
(三)光復校區多功能大廳。
(四)光復校區榕園。
(五)光復校區雲平大樓前廣場。
(六)自強校區南、北側草地廣場。
〈七〉成功與勝利校區間廣場(博物館前廣場、K 館前廣場)
前項第二款光復校區成功廳之使用管理要點,另訂之。

2.The event venues are as follows:

(1)International Conference Hall (including Lecture Rooms 1–3), Kuang-Fu Campus.

(2)Cheng Kung Hall (including East Square), Kuang-Fu Campus.

(3)Multipurpose Hall, Kuang-Fu Campus.

(4)Banyan Garden, Kuang-Fu Campus.

(5)The square in front of Yun-Ping Administration Building, Kuang-Fu Campus

(6)North and South Grasslands, Tzu-Chiang Campus.

(7)Squares between Cheng Kung and Shengli Campuses (Museum and KnowLEDGE Squares).
A unique set of directions is established elsewhere for managing Cheng Kung Hall.

三、活動場地提供作為教學、學術、 藝文、演藝及集會等相關活動使用,並考量使用效能,得開放校外單位或團體申請借用,並收取場地使用費,收費標準如附表。

3.The event venues are provided for hosting activities related to teaching, academic research, arts, performance, and meetings. To ensure use efficacy, these venues may be opened to off-campus units or groups for rental; the fees detailed in the attached table shall be collected upon rental.
四、活動場地開放時間:每日8 時至22 時止,星期例假日亦同。

4.The event venues are open from 8 am to 10 pm daily, including holidays.
五、校內各單位或教職員工社團舉辦會議或活動,以使用各該單位管理之場所為原則,若有實際需要須使用本處所轄活動場地,如對參加人員收取費用或受有校外經費補助時,應依收費標準繳交場地使用費。但情形特殊經簽請校長核可者,得免收或酌減。

5.On-campus units or faculty associations wishing to organize a meeting or event shall employ their own venues in principle. If a venue under the jurisdiction of the Office is desired for practical reasons and fees will be charged to participants or the event is subsidized with off-campus funds, a fee must be paid for using the venue in accordance with the fee standard. The venues may be used free of charge or with reduced fee with approval from the president under special conditions.
六、學生社團申請使用本處所轄活動場地,應檢附學務處課外活動指導組核定活動同意書或活動計畫書,辦理活動場地借用,變更時亦同。

6.Student groups wishing to rent an event venue under the jurisdiction of the Office shall submit the activity consent or plan approved by the Extracurricular Activities Division of the Office of Student Affairs. Any changes shall follow the same procedure.
七、本校學生社團使用活動場地,其活動申請經學務處核准者,免收場地使用費。如活動對參加人員收取費用或受有經費補助時,應依收費標準繳交場地使用費。免繳納之場地使用費,由總務處記帳列冊並轉知學務處備用。

7.Student groups may use an event venue free of charge if their activity application is approved by the Office of Student Affairs. If the activity charges fees to the participants or is subsidized, a fee must be paid to use the event venue in accordance with the fee standard. Fee exemptions shall be billed by the Office and transferred to the Office of Student Affairs to add to their reserves.
八、使用本處所轄活動場地,須於預定活動日兩週前至兩個月內提出申請。但召開國際會議、研討會或表演可於半年前提出申請。

8.An application must be submitted between two months and two weeks prior to the scheduled activity at the event venue under the jurisdiction of the Office. For international conferences, seminars, and performances, applications can be submitted from six months in advance.
九、校外機關、機構或團體借用活動場地,應以公函、申請書或於本校線上申請系統提出申請,經核可後,於預定借用日至少十日前繳交全部場地使用費,始得使用。

9.Off-campus organizations, institutions, and groups wishing to use an event venue shall submit an application in the forms of an official paper letter or application or through the University’s online application system. After the application has been approved, the fee for using the venue should be paid in full a minimum of ten days prior to the scheduled date of use.
十、本處所轄活動場地之使用,應以符合申請活動性質及核可範圍為限,本處得派員監督。如有違反時,得停止全部或部分使用,所繳交場地使用費,不予退還。

10.Use of an event venue under the jurisdiction of the Office shall comply with the details of the registered activities and approved areas and should be supervised by the Office. Those who violate the venue use regulations will be partially or fully denied use of the venue without a refund.
十一、本處所轄活動場地,以本校重要慶典活動優先使用,已洽借完成活動場地之機關或單位應予配合,暫停借用。

11.Major University-hosted celebrations and events will be given prioritized use of event venues under the jurisdiction of the Office. Organizations and units that have already completed the process of renting a venue on the date of a celebration or event must cooperate with the University and suspend the rental.
十二、本要點經主管會報通過後實施,修正時亦同。

12.These directions and any subsequent amendments shall be implemented upon approval by the Meeting of the Chief Administrators Council.
